Former Asante Kotoko defender, Isaac Amponsah, has bid an emotional farewell to his ex-teammates and the entire family of the Porcupine Warriors after his contract was terminated a few days ago.
Issac Amponsah who joined Asante Kotoko from Nania FC in 2017 couldn’t find his rhythm at the club after being plagued by injuries.
The player made only three appearances for the Porcupines Warriors before seeing his contract terminated.
Amponsah on official twitter handle thanked the management of the club and his teammates for a wonderful time at the club.
He also expressed his desire to stage a come back to the club in future.
“This was truly a unique experience which I didn’t want it to end, but sometimes we just don’t have control over the course of things.
“Hope that we can work together again in the future; until then I wish all Fabulous Family, Team Mate and Management the best of Luck,” he tweeted.
Amponsah’s contract was terminated alongside goalkeeper Michael Abu.
