Ghana forward Kevin Prince Boateng has expressed delight in joining Turkish super lig side Besiktas.
Boateng joins the Black Eagles on loan until the end of the season, in a deal that includes the option to buy.
"Happy to join the family of the black eagles," he posted after completing the switch to Turkey.
The 32-year-old struggled for regular playing time at Fiorentina after joining in the summer for €2 million.
He was reported to be heading back to the Mapei Stadium plus €15 million cash in exchange for compatriot Alfred Duncan but the Neroverdi declined the offer.
Boateng could be named in Ali R?za Sergen’s final squad for Saturday’s clash against Rizespor.
He scored just one goal in 14 Serie A outings with the Violet and White lads.
