Former Hearts of Oak gaffer, Yaw Preko has thrown his support behind Asante Kotoko ahead of their final group game in the CAF Confederations Cup.
Kotoko must win against the Zambians to advance to the quarterfinals of the competition.
However, according to the former Anderlecht forward, the Levy Mwanawasa stadium is a venue for all and that it’s not a ground that can scare Kotoko insisting the Zambians are beatable regardless of the venue; the only thing is cautiousness on the part of Kotoko.
“It is not over yet; I strongly believe that if they [Kotoko] go to Zambia, they can do a miracle there because ZESCO United are beatable at their home grounds. Their venue is a playing ground for all,” he told Asempa Sports.
“They [ZESCO United] are even afraid of Kotoko but Kotoko needs to be calm on the day; they have to be cautious and not open up too much. They can score there; they have attackers that can score,” he added.
