Kwaku Baako Dare Not Disturb Our Ears When The Tide Changes

Does the law of karma not state that if you throw a ball to the wall, it will always bounce back to you?

And Kwaku Baako and co say that in their world, the law of karma does not exist?

I tell you, when I hear some of the things that Kwaku Baako says on air, I just tell myself that since he says he is in the habit of keeping documents, he should also have a library of the things he says on air so that when the tide changes, and he attempts to start making some cacophonous noise, he will play back his voice and listen to the things that he is saying during this period when he is doing the bidding of his paymasters.

On the issue of the law of karma, who does not remember how Kwaku Sakyi Addo, in the days of the NDC, used to say that there is no way he will blame the opposition (which is a matter of fact) for any unacceptable happenings and that he will continuously lay every blame at the doorstep of the ruling NDC.

Today, the statement of Sakyi Addo has bounced back to him and the man is looking for a place to hide because his party is in power and he is finding it difficult to lay the blames at the doorstep of his party.

Today, Sakyi Addo is the General Manager of a foreign water company that is performing abysmally and shortchanging Ghanaians.

Only God knows the kinds of wicked questions Sakyi Addo would have been posing on his Joy FM and TV programmes if the NDC were in power and we were having the kind of horrendous water delivery system that we are having.

Back to Kwaku Baako.

I have listened quite a lot to Kwaku’s take on the travesty of justice as regards the jailing of Tsatsu for no apparent reason and as usual, the man cannot see anything beyond the lenses of his NPP colouration.

Kwaku Baako finds it proper to defend Paa Kwesi Ndoum, who has serious indictments of fraud and outright thievery hanging around his neck yet goes ahead to find nothing wrong with the jailing of Tsatsu under circumstances that don’t jive with sane lines of thought.

Kwaku Baako, Freddie Blay, Paa Kwesi Nduom and co are the sphinxes (they have the head of the elephant and the legs of the cockerel) within the CPP and so no matter how indicting the SFO report on Nduom is, Kwaku can’t do none other but support his fellow sphinx.

Poor Tsatsu, he is not a political sphinx, and does not belong to Kwaku Baako’s colony of sphinxes and so the innocent geniuses jailing under very unbelievable circumstances, means nothing to Kwaku.

Kwaku Baako does not hide the fact that he is “book short”.

Which is to say, Kwaku Baako admits that he is not too lettered and has no certificate. His only certificate, is what he got from Cardiff University when he spent 6 weeks there after he was voted Journalist of the Year just because he organized for his office to be shit-bombed.

When he attempted to get a certificate at GIMPA, he dropped out after the first semester because he could not assimilate simple concepts in basic statistics.

In short, after dropping out of secondary school in form 3, Kwaku dropped out of GIMPA.

Yet the same man sits on air and talks law as if he knows the law better than those who are very lettered in law.

Can you imagine Kwaku Baako arguing over points of law with crack legal brains like Professor E.V.O Dankwa, Tsatsu’s counsel? “Laa eee lala!!!” The cheek of it!

Kwaku Baako and his NPP can take away Tsatsu’s freedom but they can’t take away the legal brains of Tsatsu and the likes of Prof Dankwa.

I daresay that when it comes to the field of legal jurisprudence, there is no brain in Ghana as at now that can measure up to that of Tsatsu’s.

And between Tsatsu and Prof Dankwa, they can’t be that dumb not to be aware of how the law operates.

So when one hears Kwaku Baako talking law as if he is the father of law, it is just sickening.

When Kwaku Baako says that in the absence of Professor Dankwa, somebody from the Prof’s chambers could have taken over as counsel for Tsatsu, does Kwaku know the extent to which he is exposing his ignorance?

Does Kwaku know that it is possible to deal with a lawyer from a chamber, and not deal with the chamber?

Tsatsu and Prof Dankwa have been friends since their university days and so is it not possible that they are operating at that level and that it has nothing to do with Tsatsu contracting a law firm to defend him?

And you should hear Kwaku Baako doing his usual stinking PR for the very ugly Henrietta Abban.

It is only an ugly person like Henrietta Abban, who can deliver such an ugly judgment.

So somebody paid a brideprice for such an ugly bitch? Some men are suffering “papa”.

I am trying very hard to reign in my anger on this Tsatsu matter as well as the blind arguments that Kwaku Baako has been making.

Oh yes, I am holding my anger because if I don’t, the things I will write, will be something else.

As for me, I believe that God, the final arbiter, will judge Tsatsu in the right and proper.

As for Kwaku Baako, let him continue using his elephant head and his cockerel legs to do what he is doing.

One fine day, the weight of the elephant head will be too much for the legs of cockerel and when that day comes and the cockerel legs crumble, Kwaku Baako should remember the law of karma and know that when you throw a ball to the wall, it always bounces back to you.

The tide shall surely change, and when it does, Kwaku Baako dare not disturb our ears because nobody will listen to his cacophony.
