Leaving the 2012 Electoral Fraud case to the Supreme Court to Decide, I say……
I have intuitionally been directed to cease being an internet lawyer, but to leave the Election 2012 case pending in the Supreme Court to the judges to determine the veracity of the petition. Before I quit, I have a final message for all Ghanaians and principally, my readers. Nevertheless, I may come back to report the views of my White legal brains as and when the need be.
God in His infinite wisdom did reveal to many people including one Kofi Basoah from Asante-Juaben that Nana Akufo Addo would win the election but the Electoral Commission, then presidential candidate John Dramani Mahama and the NDC would collude to rig the election. He, God, then through a way did indicate to Kofi Basoah to tell the NPP how to wrestle the stolen presidential winning-vote verdict from the stealers.
As God reveals to redeem, He has directed that the NPP with their large following are to remain RESOLUTE in their pursuit for justice as regards Election 2012. Their perseverance in the course of action taken will yield the desired positive results to glorify God, to enhance the status of all Ghanaians and then bring smiles back on their face. The God that works wonders will again prove to all Ghanaians that He is still Great and Almighty.
I will encourage all Ghanaians to read my published article on Ghanaweb under the Features of 6 October 2012 entitled, "Afari-Gyan begins a Secret Voter's registration Exercise". I tried to inform Ghanaians how Dr. Kwadwo Afari Gyan, the Chairman of the Electoral Commission was taciturnly assisting the NDC to rig the election through the registration of Ghanaian voters abroad. Did it not in the end turn out that he registered about 241,000+ but could in the end justify only 705 even amid dubiety? The Electoral Commissioner, President Mahama and the NDC are guilty even in this particular offence. Once the Electoral Commission as a body is found guilty, President Mahama, his agents and assigns with the entire NDC inclusive are guilty.
The list of all the polling stations where statutory violations occurred is published on Ghanaweb.com under the General News of Friday, 19 April 2013 entitled, "NPP list of polling stations in contention". In conjunction with this, I advise you to read my article published on same Ghanaweb under Features of Saturday, 20 April 2013 titled, "Did you Understand the Cross-Examination of Dr. Bawumia at the Supreme Court? Yes I do". Reading both will give you a better perspective of where each one of the parties involved in the case pending in the Supreme Court stands. You will better understand why there should be duplications of some pink sheets by Nana Akufo Addo and Co.
Those following the case could easily and better understand it if the judges had allowed the use of PowerPoint for the presentation of the Petitioner's allegations of statutory electoral violations against the Defendants. If they had, Tony Lithur would not have disgraced himself and Ghana by the needless repetitive questioning on "are you aware of duplicating pink sheet this, pink sheet that"
What more can I say? Not much, but only to admonish you to continue to remain RESOLUTE as advised by GOD through Kofi Basoah. God has purposed to use Ghana, the usual pace-setter, the Black Star of Africa, to change the perpetuation of abuse, corruption and lawlessness by all the so-called African incumbent leaders. Once it does happen that if you rig elections as an incumbent with the aim of staying in power for good or for long, you can be removed through court action, it becomes binding on would-be lawless incumbents to think twice before they commit any crimes.
May the judges let justice prevail, my only advice to them. They must have the lion's heart to tell nothing but the absolute truth. Amen
