Letter from The President: The liar stays

Fri, 22 Sep 2006 Source: J. A. Fukuor/Daily Dispatch

Countrymen and women, loyalists and opponents,
I am writing from the Big Apple. Man, I love this city. Fine restaurants, elegant ‘chicks’, well-groomed gentlemen. Unfortunately, I can’t concentrate on enjoying any of these because Miss Bossman and her administrative justice people are giving one of my favourite ministers a lot of grief.
Bossman claims that Anena lied to parliament over a mere thirty thousand dollars. After several months of poking her beautiful nose into Anena’s affairs, Bossman also came to the conclusion that my minister abused his office and got himself caught up in conflict of interest situations. For these reasons, she insists that he must be sacked from my government.
