Manhyia should punish Appiah Stadium for disrespecting the great king of Asante
The Asante Kingdom is one of the most Powerful Kingdoms not only in Africa but also around the World.
Due to this status of the Kingdom, its King is highly revered, and as a result, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II (King Solomon) is accorded great respect by all in the world regardless of ones status with Ghana as no exception, and so the last thing that ever crosses anyone's mind is an attempt to disrespect the Great King of the Ashantis.
Lovers of the Golden Kingdom are therefore shocked that Frank Kwaku Appiah popularly known as Appiah Stadium, a staunch member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will disrespect the King of the land and through that disgrace him just a week after the funeral of his late mother, Nana Afia Serwaa Kobi Ampem (former Queen Mother of the Asante Kingdom). May her soul rest in peace.
It is a public knowledge that invoking of curses on people has been banned in the Ashanti Region by the Great King and his Council, but yet Frank Kwaku Appiah (Appiah Stadium), a native of the region who knows of the tradition and its implications of disrespecting the orders of the Great King was heard calling spirits and invoking curses on a lady called Adiepena Mirekua-Akwaa, a member of Critical Thinkers International (CTI) during a live radio debate between the two of them on a Kumasi based radio station, Boss FM, which was meant to help unravel the truth behind his burnt car and house during a radio interview.
In all humility, we are therefore pleading with the Asanteman Council to sanction Appiah Stadium for his disrespect of them and that of the Great King.
More over, it is worrying that despite Appiah Stadium always seeking for help from Prophet Opambour Ebenezer Adarkwa Yiadom (The Nation's Prophet One), one of the Greatest Prophets in the world, anytime he is in trouble, he could still disgrace this Great man of God this way with this act of his on Boss Fm when he is very much aware that the Prophet is no fan of such acts.
