Angry Menzgold customers in Ashanti Region have invoked curse on President Akufo Addo, Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta, CEO of Menzgold Nana Appiah Mensah, and Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong.
They blame the NPP government for their woes, claiming it is shielding the embattled CEO of Menzgold from being arrested.
The angry customers invoked curse on Finance Minister Ken Ofori Atta and Kennedy Agyapong for calling them greedy.
The customers Tuesday (today) embarked on demonstration following their loss of investment.
They burnt car tyres in the middle of Amakom and Asafo Labour roundabout roads obstructing traffic and causing inconvenience to commuters as they had to use alternate routes.
The customers speaking to Abusua Fm’s Osei Kwadwo called for the immediate arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah.
“If Nana Appiah Mensah is a fraudster then why is he walking free? It’s so pathetic that Akufo Addo is protecting Nam 1 who they are call a fraudster. 2020 is just around the corner and the greedy people will show NPP the red card. We need our money back. Nana Appiah Mensah can’t take our money and walk free. We are ready to die” they fumed.
