NDC Ponzi Scheme (Settlement Debts), Even Ghosts Getting Paid

Sat, 14 Jul 2012 Source: Sarpong, Justice

"A GHOST is said to be among the recipients of judgment debts doled out by the Mills Administration, with the dead man reportedly receiving an amount of GH¢525,600 (¢5.256 billion)."

The absurdity of the NDC Ponzi scheme called settlement debt has reached another stratosphere, now even ghosts are receiving judgement debts whilst Teachers go for years without receiving paychecks.Nene Ogbe Assumeng II was captured by the 2010 Auditor-General’s report as a receipient of GH¢525,600 (¢5.256 billion) for the land the state aquired for the Asutuare Sugar factory. What is interesting is that, this Chief died about six years ago so there is no possible way he could have received that money and his nephew, Felix Dokutse-Peteye Abbey who was installed as the substantive head of the Ogbe Assumeng family after the death of his uncle, has indicated that, he had no knowledge of the money. The interesting part of this saga is that, another family had been paid a total amount of GH¢2million as compensation for the portion of the state acquired land. So one land has been paid twice with no trace for one payment. Who received that GH¢525,600 (¢5.256 billion).? Don't be surprised if this money is traced to some NDC Officials and some Lawyers who have colluded to share that money.

President Mills is supposed to be back in the country but he might as well have stayed in USA and recuperate because he has failed to show any leadership in this issue which if not properly addressed can plunge the country into an economic mess. Where did we get the almost $700 million to spray on these companies when some workers have not been paid for years? We don't have money to provide for some amenities but when it comes to settlement debts, dollars start flying like confetti on a victorious parade. Why is NDC so anxious to dole out money to pay 'debts' we don't even owe? How much are these people getting for colluding with these companies? How come even AAL and Roshell are now demanding payments for work done in the 1980's?

Now government Ministers have become the mouthpieces for these companies demanding payments and vouching for them of the legitimacy of their demands. Martin Amidu came out yesterday and revealed that, he was pressured by Samuel Okudzeto 'Ahoofe' Ablakwa to pay ISOFOTON SA 1.3 million dollars when the case was still being adjudicated in court, what an insolence. What authority does Ablakwa possess to demand on the Attorney General to withdraw a case pending in court and settle it when he Okudzeto with a dubious University degree without any job experience can tell Martin Amidu with impeccable law career what to do about a court case? Who is behind Okudzeto/ How did he come to wield such power in this administration albeit his position as a Deputy Information Minister? This will not have happened in Rawlings Castle neither will it have happened at Kuffour's Castle where Kwadwo Mpianim who is a master of sumpsimus in documentation and stickler for details would not have allowed the free wheeling Ablakwa to carve a niche as the 'acting' President in this administration where Newman, the mumpsimus Chief of Staff of Mills kakistocracy government has ceded power to the schoolboy Deputy Information Minister.

Okudzeto, due to his inexperience and being power drunk is being used by the vultures and hyenas in this administration and he will take the fall for his stupidity when this administration is voted out in December. He has not even realized he is being offered as a sacrificial lamb by the Ahwois, Newman, Segbefia and others to do their dirty work for them. These cowards have no cojones or will not allow their conscience to be their secret Police not to take advantage of an inexperience toddler when it comes to political maturity. Okudzeto better grow up now or he will live to regret when NDC is voted out because he will have a lot to explain. The mileage between him and Nsawam is getting shorter everyday he opens up his mouth to insult his elders and lie. Ghana is fast becoming a Banana Reuplic where Okudzeto is allowed to be the government pointman always making mistakes or intentionally lying between his gaping teeth.

We need to take this country back and put it on the right course instead of allowing an inexperienced Mate who has no drivers licence to drive this Yutong bus over the cliff and plunge it with all of us in it into the valley for certain death. We need to take the wheels from this KONONGO KAYA Mate to save our lives.
