Questions & Answers, Nana Ama's cocaine saga, Who will Prosecute Who?

Will it be judiciary against police or police against judiciary?

How can a cocaine (positive) exhibited said to have been metamorphosed into a different substance at a circuit court in Accra? -I don't know if somebody has got an answer! ...

Why must the suspect, Nana Ama be acquitted if the said cocaine was first tested positive with evidence? -Is there any answer from somebody? ...

Nana Ama was arrested with the cocaine in the year 2008, yes! Where were the judiciary since 2008? Let me ask it may be this way. Why has the case kept such too long time? -Somebody with any idea about why so long? ...

How was the same case handled in Accra, when the police was haunted by a similar scandal when a positive tested cocaine exhibit later became dried cassava powder ("kokonte") in 2007? -Who has got an answer? ...

WHO IS REALLY TO BLAME, JUDICIARY OR THE POLICE? -What do you think and why? ...

Okudzeto Ablakwa said the president is angry and the law will take its course. -When and how will the law take its way, after the 2012 election? ...

Now a crack team from the BNI has been tasked to investigate and present a report in seven days. -If not what will happen to the BNI crack team?

Where should the BNI start to investigate, when the accused person is freed and the BNI has only "konkonte" powder in the hand to start with?

Is the BNI better than the Narcotics Unit of the CID? -Can somebody tell me who is more effective? ...

According to Ablakwa, those found culpable in the case, I mean the cocaine sage will be dealt with under the law. In this case I opine, Ablakwa is talking about either the judiciary or the police, right! Nana Ama who is the "centre boat" of the whole case is freed by the court and there is no more cocaine for exibition. Why is Ablakwa still looking for somebody to be found culpable? I must laugh little bit about such a bluffing statement, but I will still ask "who controls the controller" as far as Ghana is concerned?

People were caught with stolen CARS from the Tema Habour and still walking free in Ghana under the same law Ablakwa is talking about.

The same "cocaine magic" case happened in 2007 and nothing serious or effective transpired. Why would something happen in a similar case in 2010, when the accused peoson is freed by the court?

Is the judiciary going to arrest the police or the police will arrest the judiciary? -Somebody should answer me there ...

* The Judiciary has also announced a committee to investigate and unravel the circumstances under which the cocaine was swapped.

* The BNI will carry an investigation.

* The Head of Narcotics Unit of the CID will probably not sit down to watch others working around the clock, even though the police have meanwhile washed its hands completely off what it believes is a cocaine swap.

I personally think, "No prosecution no Court" What do you think will happen at long last? ...

Point No:1 Director of CID, DCOP Prosper Ablorh said the police tendered in evidence an exhibit which was accepted by all - prosecution and defence - as cocaine and handed it over to the court. He said the police can therefore not be held responsible for the swap since it did not happen under its watch. Police therefore washes its hands off

Point No:2 The Head of Narcotics Unit of the CID, DSP Kofi Adjei Tuadzrah later told Joy News' Dzifah Bampoh the police opened the exhibit in court with all interested parties agreeing it was cocaine before it was handed over to the court. According to him, after the seals of the exhibit were broken before the court, the ?chain of custody? was broken with the court taking custody of the exhibit.

The Court (judiciary) too is trying to wash the hands off by saying say, (according to what the police described as ?misleading? headlines which stated) THE COCAINE EXHIBIT WAS TEMPERED WITH AT THE POLICE HEADQUARTERS. -How do you see both arguments? ...

The police stated again, since no cocaine got missing in the CID HQ, "there is no evidence that the police changed the cocaine exhibit. The incident happened in court.? -You see now! "who will catch who"?

Do you think the BNI must arrest both the judiciary and the police or who? ...

A Minister will buy a BMW saloon car from the USA which officially cost around $80,000 and account for $175,000 for the Ghanaian Tax payer to pay and nothing happens to him.
