Head Coach of Asante Kotoko, Maxwell Konadu says the fans of the club deserve better after two consecutive home draws.
Asante Kotoko were held to a goalless draw at the Baba Yara Stadium in what was another uninspired performance from the lads.
Maxwell Konadu lamented the injury situation in camp that has robbed him off some key players.
“When you have some of the best (players) of your squad taken out through injuries and minor illness, even though we have registered 30 players but we all know who our best players are and that is a fact.
“We know everybody can play but to some extent others do better than others that is why we have our starting eleven, but saying that those who came up did their best just that may be it may not be enough.
“We went in and for the first time I really spoke to them I think I was a bit harsh. we have to go back hit the grounds running and get things properly organize and done because we need to do better than this. Our fans and supporters deserve better than what we did today, I must be honest.
Despite admitting injury is taking toll on his side, Maxwell Konadu insisted the fans of the club deserve better performances and result than they are churning out.
