Persib have filed a complaint against Michael Essien’s disallowed goal in their 3-1 defeat to Madura United in the Indonesian Premier League on Sunday.
Essien’s 54th minute goal for Persib was disallowed by the center referee who had initially awarded a penalty to the home team (Madura United) in the 18th minute.
The visitors had been denied a goal in the 45th minute after Raphael Maitimo pulled parity before Essien had his goal disallowed by the match official.
The decisions by the referee did not go down well with the management of Persib who have lodge a protest.
The defeat sinks Persib down on the League table as they drop to 11th on the log.
