Re: Complaint On Robbery At Scandinavian Lodge

This is in response to a complaint made by a columnist named Akose Virginia about a robbery case at our Scandinavia Lodge(community two).

We hereby write to inform that we do not know any client by name Akose Virginia. However, a client by name kate Bertha Rushing reported that, she has been robbed of her personal possession when she lodged at our premises.

We hereby strongly write to state that, the said story is a hoax because the honourable court of Tema ruled in our favour.

The face of the case is that, on the 27th day of May 2014, a man who claimed he was called Sarpong and working as a security person from Ghana ports and harbours Authority, came to our lodge to book for 21 days so that he can host his guest coming from Abroad.

The said lady came and lodged at the hotel by the name kate Bertha Rushing. Upon arrival, she did not disclose her personal belongings as required. She stayed for 18 days, her visitors inlcluded the man who booked for the hotel as well as three different men visited her regularly at different hours scheduled by her.

On the 6th of June 2014, she reported that, she has been robbed of valuable items, i.e Galaxy ipad, Iphone, Dell tablet as well as cash amount of USD 100.00 and GHS900.00. She reported to the police of which the case was heard at the circuit court at Tema and judgement ruled in the favour of Scandinavia Lodge.

It is interesting to note that, the name used for the complain on the robbery case is not the same used to identify herself at the Court. our guest was a pure Ghanaian hiding behind the name Kate Bertha Rushing. The amount disclosed on the complaint is different from the one she informed the honourable court.

It has come to our realization that, the person hiding behind the article is questionable, her primary motive was intended to dupe our lodge. However, she was not successful, hence her retaliation by this robbery complaint.

We hereby furnish for your perusal, the judgement granted in our favour by the court.

We also hereby inform our well wishers and clients that, our lodge is safe.
