Stop Jeremiah before it gets too late

-- He is trying toconfiscate back false receipts he issued to buyers of Gonjaland Lands

Jeremiah:

You are such a shameless character. A day after you tried to deny the allegations against you, A DAY AFTER YOU tried to deny quoting Gonjaland Land prices in dollars, a day after you denied all allegations about your nefarious activities with your father concerning Gonjaland Lands, you have secretly been contacting all the buyers of Gonjaland Lands in Bole area to return the false receipts you issued to them in the name of Bole Traditional Council. Jeremiah, the issue is not the false receipts alone which will be used to testify against you, the issue is either for you to refund to all these people all the monies you collected from them or pay all the monies as listed on their receipts to the Bole Traditional Council or District Council, which ever is appropriate.

Mr Nyari, Mr Seidu Bismarck, Mr Tahiru, VALIKORO MOSES MENGU, Mr Yahaya Daniels Kanzawura, Mr Alex Adam Iddi Salewura, Mr Ajar Takalpewura, and all concerned citizens of Gonjaland resident in Ghana, this is the time to step up to the plate, assume your God given and/or ordained responsibilities to and for the people of Gonjaland, and free Gonjalanders in the Bole Traditional area from these thieves who are selling away our hard earned Lands, for their personal enrichment. Gonjaland Lands are for Gonjalanders, citizens of Gonjaland, whether Konkonba, Vagla, Tampulma, Nawura, Safalba, and of course my very proud earthnic group, the Lobis. We the Lobis are Gonjalanders too, and the Gonjaland Lands in the Bole traditional area belong to us too, to use and utilize as we please, to safeguard the security and economic, social and political wellness of us all.

Gonjaland Lands in the Bole Traditional area are not for Jeremiah and his corrupt father, the present Bolewura. There have been Bolewura's since the days of Sumailla N'Dewura Jakpa, and not a single one has been so corrupt and so dishonest as the present Bolewura and his son Jeremiah. In fact, to my knowledge, there has never been a corrupt Bolewura; this is the first corrupt Bolewura in history.

In fact, all sub chiefs and the chain of Command or responsibility in the Bole Traditional Area have been silenced and broken, and all power concentrated in the hands of the Bolewura and his son Jeremiah; yes the Saddam Hussein of Gonjaland. You all remember how Saddam and his sons controlled affairs in Iraq. Folks that are what is happening in the Bole traditional area: The Bolewura and his son Jeremiah are the only people in charge.

They have ignored the Mandariwura, Mr Mahama, one time teacher and even MP for Bole under the Busia regime. They have ignored our own well respected Kanzanwura Daniel Yahaya of VALCO, who could help shape affairs in the Gonjaland area. They have ignored the Tunawura and Salawura. They have ignored the Takalpewura, my own uncle Ajar, and they have thrown to the dogs all matching orders and regulations and traditions handed down since Jakpa, confiscated traditional responsibilities and authority from all who should be in charge, and concentrated all powers in their own hands; Bolewura and his son Jeremiah.

You see Folks, my great grand father "Kwaja Issifa" was a very prominent Reagent for the Bole Skins when the Bolewura during his (My great Grandfather Kwaja's) life time died. So, I want Jeremiah to know that I am of royalty too, a Lobi in addition, lots of blood from Vagla and of course a "Kabontisua" of Maluwe. I am also of the "Ameyaw Fie" of Techimann, the renowned "Mbonwuras" of the Daboya traditional Area. My grandmother was the proud "Awalikiye" of Limampe of Daboya, a daughter of the famous and only Limam Nuhu of Daboya. So, when I talk I know what I am talking about, and your father knows what I am talking about.

Gonjaland Lands are not for sale for your personal enrichment, Jeremiah and Father!!!! None of the Bolewuras since Jakpa's time has even thought of selling Gonjaland Lands for their own personal enrichment.

Especially in the Bole traditional area, Jeremiah, I want to remind you and your father that the lands and land rights in the Bole Traditional Area are subject to cooperative arrangement for customary custodial rights shared between the Bolewura and the Valikoro. You cannot, and I repeat, you and your father cannot be selling off the Gonjaland lands in the Bole area for your own pockets without serious consultations with the Valikoro.

The disputes over customary rights over land issues between the Bolewura and the Vaglas, the Lobis and all minority earthnic groups in the Bole Traditional Area is only brewing underground and you have given it fertile grounds to reactivate the issues.

I am therefore calling on the new Valikoro, our own and beloved Moses Mengu of Denmark, who has now taken over the reigns of the Valikoro in the Bole traditional area, to take up this land issue seriously. We all know Moses; he is not only an International Scholar, but a person of great traditional cultural background, with a curious knowledge of the Land Tenure System in Ghana and particularly in Northern Region and the Bole traditional. Remember, Moses was a Professor of Urban Studies at TECH in Kumasi, before he came to Denmark. He was/is a graduate of Legon from the Geography Department and now the Valikoro

So, over to you Moses; I know you and I will hate to see any arms confrontations between the earthnic groups in the Bole Traditional area as we saw in the Kpandai Area. However, you and I know that such a confrontation is inevitable if the Land Tenure system is not settled, if the Bolewura and his son Jeremiah are given a blank check to deposit any amount they can possibly extort from people of Gonjaland in land deals, into their personal savings accounts.

MOSES, OVER TO YOU WITH THE BOLEWURA AND HIS SON, JEREMIAH!!!

Let me remind folks again, that Gonjaland Lands are not the individual Divisional Chief's personal property; in fact, not even for the Yagbongwura. So, stop Jeremiah and the Bolewura and the entire sub Chiefs who are conniving with any Divisional Chiefs to sell our birthright to strangers for their personal enrichment.

Let me get back to Jeremiah's recent activities:

FOLKS, JEREMIAH IS CONTACTING PEOPLE HE ILLEGALLY SOLD GONJALAND LANDS TO IN THE BOLE TRADITIONAL AREA, TO RETURN TO HIM THE FALSE RECEIPTS HE ISSUED TO THEM IN THE NAME OF THE BOLE TRADITIONAL COUNCIL FOR LAND SALES IN THE BOLE TRADITIONAL AREA!!!

WHAT NONSENSE IS THAT?

YES, JEREMIAH IS TRYING TO DESTROY EVIDENCE AND OBSTRUCT JUSTICE. HE IS TRYING TO ESCAPE JUSTICE AND CONTINUE TO ILLEGALLY SELL GONJALAND LANDS. HE HAS NO INTENTION OF STOPPING THIS BEHAVIOR. SO, OVER TO ALL GONJALANDERS, VICE PRESIDENT JOHN MAHAMA, ALL GONJALAND MPs, THE EXECUTIVE OF GANA IN THE US AND THE EXECUTIVE OF GYA IN GHANA, TO COME DOWN ON JEREMIAH AND THE BOLEWURA TO BE ACCOUNTABLE, START BEING HONEST, DESIST FROM EXPLOITATIVE ACTIVITIES AND GIVE BACK GONJALANDERS IN THE BOLE AREA THEIR LANDS. FOLKS, PRINT AND DISTRIBUTE THIS EMAIL TO ALL GONJALANDERS IN GHANA AND ABROAD AND TAKE PART IN ACTIONS TO STOP THESE THIEVES!!!

You may wonder how I got the information so fast, Jeremiah, about your attempts and harassment of the buyers of Gonjaland Lands in Bole area to send you back all the receipts you issued to them in connection with Land sales. I got to know it directly from some of the people you gave false receipts, and most important, I got the information directly from my daughter. I just spoke to her a few minutes ago and she said you called here demanding your receipts back; yes the receipts which you issued to her for the land she bought from you in dollars.

I have instructed her not to give you back any receipts because I have only copies of the receipts here and will need the originals to prosecute you and your father. I have also told all those people you issued false receipts to not to give them back to you, no matter what tricks and lies you present to them.

I have also informed Salawuraa to make sure no one gives back any receipts you have issued to you and that the receipts are their property which will be needed in times when you and your father are being prosecuted.

All we need you to do is make sure you read about the Land Tenure system in Ghana, particularly as it pertains to the Northern Regions and Gonjaland; desist from your exploitative activities and advise your father to make sure he does not treat Gonjaland Lands as if they were his personal property. Also, we want to make sure that you prepare genuine accounts to the Bole District Traditional Council on all monies you have collected for illegal Land deals.

Finally, I have directed my daughter to confront you about the denial of quoting land prices in Bole in Dollars and to make you aware that you are a thief and a liar. You will be hearing more from me as you continue to try to hide your activities and or continue to exploit people with land deals in the Bole Traditional Area.
