The Truth Should Be Told

Fri, 3 May 2013 Source: Hardi, Ibrahim

For it is often said, the smallest truth is still bigger than a biggest lies. According to my personal findings,Ghana is one country where one can easily make it BIG,I mean big time!!!!!!!!

WHY? Ever wonder why Roland Agambire of rlg,Kofi Amoako and the likes of Dr.Siaw Agyapong of zoomlion are the people who make a lot of headlines? Think about it.

I salute them!!.

For a start, a lot of Ghanaians do not like anything they deem too serious. The only serious thing they get into and have total commitment to, is their Religion and classroom work (academics) We hate anything to do with community development, charity, talents and change of our mindset. I talk to a lot of people daily on different issues through the social network pages,on the streets, market place, and stadiums.

We hate talking about big money, investments, farming, we hate taking the leading roles,So we hate politicians, our teachers, our pastors and prophets and everyone who is leading us.Our bosses and landlords are our worst enemies. We would rather spend hours talking about English football and cheap politics than volunteering at the nearest primary school and other beneficial activities that will help us grow.We so hate to work for free and we are not that type.We think we struggled with education to be paid, most of us look down upon ourselves. We so love watching that we have a lot of our national team players in the stands watching the guys who were meant to be cheering them.I get sad when the likes of Ayew brothers,Asamoah Gyan,Sule Ali Mutari and Prince Boateng wants the good people of this country to plead with them before the play for the national team. Even so Pathetic is the fact that we believe sons and brothers of leaders are the best people to lead us.

We are a people so full of fear of the unknown. We surely need a new breed with a new set of thinking to change this nation. The nation is looking for critical thinkers.I believe,Imagination is more important than knowledge. The only big problem is that, our school system is busy punishing our kids with stuff that forces them to work hard so that they get employed in works that do not exist. We need to train businessmen and innovators, risk takers and natural leaders. Will young people of this nation stand up and make substantial contribution to the development of our land?.God bless our homeland Ghana. Ibrahim Hardi,0208235615.
