Ghana has recently experienced an unprecedented exodus of its trained health professionals for greener pastures, particularly in the United Kingdom. During the 2000 elections, Kufuor argued that the hardship in the country was the cause of exodus. Mr. president, what’s the excuse now that you are in charge? If the “best government Ghana ever had” cannot stop the exodus, then our dear nation is in trouble.

Looks like a sincere request, but a careful examination shows the president left out an obvious target: His Administration, i.e. himself & his ministers.

If a PSI has failed, then I fear for non-PSI like our economy, education, health etc
