This mentality is obstructive to chances of winning elections – NPP, take note

NPP as a political party is full of highly educated individuals who have wherewithal to manage a country successfully when given the chance. However, they are a distance away, lagging far behind the NDC when it comes to devising and implementing strategies for winning elections.

Be it known to NPP with myself inclusive that until they win elections, all their good intentions cannot be implemented to liberate Ghanaians from their current “Black countrymen enslaving fellow black countrymen” era that we are living in under President Mahama and the NDC.

Therefore, winning an election must be seen as a collective effort with each person sharing the same ideology and having same godly sentiments for the collective wellbeing and interests of the populace, and by contributing their purposeful quota.

It should not be seen as the sole duty of few individuals to take upon their shoulders the onerous task of winning the election for all those within the party or the country who share the same aspirations.

In Ghana, there is that absurd mentality of “orebegye ma nnimonyam” (he/she is coming to take away my glory) so if you can do something better than some elderly person or a more educated person than yourself, they will never give you the chance to come up with your brighter views.

They will try to prevent you from coming up with your noble ideas that may likely have the potential of yielding far better results to better the lives of many.

Such a deplorable attitude does not help when it comes to campaigning to win an election.

Until you have won an election, you cannot become the Government Minister that you dream of. Until your party has won the election, you cannot play the positive governmental role you dream of, especially, under the current myopically nepotistic government of President Mahama’s NDC party where all such positions go to members of his party if not to people from his northern extraction, regardless of their incompetence or otherwise.

Therefore, the NPP leaders should please give everyone a chance to contribute their positive best towards the electioneering campaign to win Nana Akufo Addo and the NPP and the suffering Ghanaian masses the upcoming election 2016. This is our chance to save Ghana and ourselves from the scary socio-economic mess and lawlessness President Mahama has plunged the nation into. It is a collective responsibility.

There are reports that some people in Ghana see it as a threat to their aspirations of becoming Government Ministers or getting higher political or Civil service appointments should they allow overseas-based Ghanaians (“burgers”) to participate actively in the ongoing electioneering campaign.

This is said to be very pronounced within NPP at the moment. It will be absolutely short-sighted on the part of the leadership of NPP if this story was true. However, it said, there is the slightest truth in every rumour.

I shall entreat the leadership of the NPP to ensure “burgers” who mean good for the party and Ghana are allowed to involve themselves positively actively in the ongoing campaign to wrestle power from NDC and President Mahama. This is not the time for certain individuals to exhibit, or seek to aspire to attain, their selfish dreams, by resorting to beckoning, but deceptive means that will surely culminate in the elusion of their dreams.

Has Nii been furnished with the answers to facilitate his canvassing for Nana Akufo Addo and NPP to win election 2016?

Finally, be it known to NPP leadership that elections are not won solely by sitting in the comfort zones of their offices sporting big ties. Throw away your ties and go to the field. Be on the ground campaigning side by side our dedicated boys and girls and men and women.

I shall not go into details today but I shall not hesitate to come down hard on anyone seen as a hindrance to our chances of winning election 2016 to set Ghanaians from the shackles of economic, mental, physical and psychological slavery wrought around our wrists and ankles by President Mahama and the NDC.

The battle is the Lord’s but we need to do our part as humans hence my publications in the right direction.
