I was at the W.A.E.C Headquarters Accra with my sister to submit her November/December registration form on Wednesday 14th April, 2010 at 11am.l was surprise of the attitudes of the two ladies and the elderly woman (the one wearing the spectacles) who were receiving the print outs.
The elderly woman was not courteous at all, as if she has not been a student before, instead of bringing customer service and satisfaction to bear on her work she was arrogantly shouting on the students and making derogating remarks about some of them whiles the other two were watching pictures on a laptop.
I believe these workers do not understand the Vision, Mission, and the Corporate Goal of W.A.E.C. please W.A.E.C these workers should be given proper orientation.
