Why will God punish Rawlings for the NPP?

My good friends, I have said it several times already that these NPP people are so steeped in "book politics" that they don't know what to do to outwit their political opponents, especially the NDC.

Admittedly, the NDC has made some fundamental mistakes in governing the country and created the impression that when it is in power, the money doesn't circulate freely in the country.

If you doubt it, ask Bishop Duncan Williams and many others who are crying that "money is not flowing".

There are many other shortcomings that create the unfortunate impression that the NDC gets political power but doesn't know how to use it. But at Election Time, it is voted up and the NPP voted down.

It is all because of the NPP people's "book politics", which really irritates people and easily reveals their true nature. What good will come from the “Mate Me Ho” clan?

Here is one particular instance of why their kind of politics is sterile, not suitable for the 21st century:

The New Patriotic Party Member of Ablekuma North in the Greater Accra Region, Hon. Justice Joe Appiah has descended heavily on the former President of Ghana, Jerry John Rawlings noting that God shall deal severally with Mr. Rawlings before the former dies.

Hon. Justice Joe Appiah made this statement in reaction to a statement attributed to the former President that his predecessor John Kufour monopolized corruption.

MY COMMENTS

Why will God waste his time looking for Rawlings to punish to suit the NPP’s agenda on earth? And is this NPP MP the messenger anointed by God to convey that message to the world?

My NPP friends, God left you people long ago and refused to fight your political battle for you, which sent you to the dark chambers of the Supreme Court after Election 2012 only to be humiliated all the more.

For many months now, the frazzled flagbearer, Akufo-Addo, has been hibernating in the UK, deceiving himself that God will reveal to him his next line of action in Ghanaian politics. God deserted you people long ago but your “lie-lie Pastors” (Rev. Owusu Bempah and Rev. Otabil, etc.) couldn’t know to tell you the truth.

God has been with Rawlings all these years to reveal to him all he needs to know about you people and to do politics to counteract successfully all your machinations. Instead of “fighting” him with facts, you are wishing hellfire from God on him. As if God has any ear for your vain death-wish for him. God will continue to bless Rawlings whether you like it or not.

If God were not blessing him, could he even sleep soundly and be on his feet? Those wishing him ill will leave him behind to sign their books of condolence if any will ever be opened for them.

I have said it several times already that what makes Ghanaian politics dirty is from people like this NPP man who cannot use his head to appreciate utterances made by political opponents but will use his mouth to call forth evil for them.

If Rawlings accused Kufuor of corruption, is it God's wrath against him that will solve the problem? And who says that God is in the habit of listening to twerps of that sort?

ome are quick to describe him as a “murderer”. They don’t know what they are talking about. Rawlings has NEVER personally killed anybody for which he will suffer any pang of guilt as a murderer. Go and find out and save yourselves from all this mental and emotional torture. Leave the man alone.

Even when Kufuor set up the so-called Truth and Reconciliation Commission to witch-hunt him, he couldn't have the courage to carry out anything against the MAN. He still stands tall wherever he is. No amount of vain wishes against him will do him any harm. Why are you people so much afraid of this one man?

Unlike other former African leaders (and others in other parts of the world) who fled their countries when their political sun set, Rawlings has resided in Ghana all these years after handing over power to his arch-rivals and death-wishers. He has been out of Ghana only when needed by others (as in Smalia, Nigeria, etc.).

He is stuck in Ghana, where the sun continues to shine on him and he basks in the limelight as such. All you, these hate-filled NPP elements, can do is to fret yourselves to death at the mere mentioning of his name!!

If all these Rawlings haters have balls between their thighs, why don’t they go to his residence to do to him what they think God hasn't been able to do to him—or is delaying—ever since? You see, the MAN is what he has been all along. When his haters begin misbehaving and he breathes some small fire down their necks, they recoil in abject fear. If you can't stand him, join him!!

Even the pee-wee Akufo-Addo, who had masterminded the useless "Kume Preko" series of demonstrations against the MAN and spat so much garbage against him, had to eat back his own vomit to snuggle to Rawlings, deceiving himself that he would garner some support therefrom to win Election 2012.

He unashamedly went to Rawlings to seek his blessing to win the elections only to be torn apart by reality. How dishonest couldn’t these people be? Openly bad-mouthing him and turning round to reap undeserved political capital from associating with him? No wonder they got turned upside down.

Did Akufo-Addo and the entire NPP cabal not know Rawlings as the murderer that they had painted him all these years? Why associate with a murderer for political expediency? Dishonest people who will continue to suffer traumatizing defeat in this political game in Ghana!

To tell you the truth, J.J. Rawlings is enjoying God's blessing and will continue to do so till his end comes. And that end won't come just because the NPP wills it. If there is anybody in that cabal with the requisite BALLS, let him go ahead to punish Rawlings and attribute it to God's wrath.

The man told you people what you most hated to be told, and instead of using your heads and the practical evidence that emerged in the era of Kufuor to challenge him, you are resorting to the spiritual realm. If God were to listen to your entreaties, wouldn’t he have fought your battle for you at Election 2012? Cowards!!

I shall return…
