Osu Lumor — King Yah Nii Armah Blackwell (Yahu Blackwell) is the first royal son of Adu Kpono We, Kinkawe quarters. Crowned as history’s first Osu Noryaa Mantse, bearing the stool name “ Nii Armah Gbejelor The First” of the Osu Monarchy.

Enstooled by His Absolute Royal Majesty TeTeeTe Nii Nortey Owuo IV.

He is a descendant of the GaDangme royals that was captured and held at the Osu Slave Castle.

Later sold and enslaved after arriving in Yorktown, Virginia USA. (Trans Atlantic Slave Trade)

His ancestors later settled in Northumberland County Virginia (as slaves), as well as other slave plantations within the state of Virginia.

The new king at large oversees the globally and political affairs for the future development of the Osu monarchy.

After 400 years of enslaved GaDangme’s in the Americas, the chieftain has returned to his homeland. Vowing to also take a fellow Ghanaian as the stool wife, and have his first child born back on Osu soil.

Sources say we are soon to witness one of Ghana’s most prominent reigns.
