HO CENTRAL
Togbe Afedzi – Chief of Asogli Traditional Area alleged that the NPP has imported “Macho men” from Nigeria into the Region and demanded their jaws. He then motivated the people to cause havoc – to attack any foreigner they come across.
Togbe Afedzi’s fetish priest cursed our Polling Agent – Boabeng Michael at L/A JSS Kleefe Dome (D072103) of death by close of polls.
At the close of polls the paramount chief and his elders came to whisk away the ballot box to the collation centre with assistance from the Presiding Officer. In most Polling Stations in Ho Central Constituency, our Polling Agents were smeared with an itchy substance locally know as “Apia”, making them to be rushed to Dr. Latsa for medical treatment. For instance, Derrick Owusu Fosu at the Tanyigbe-Anyigbe (D071707), Kwame Asomani at the L/A Primary, Avee Gbogame Polling Station (D071805). Asomani was not allowed to stay till the close of polls to sign the Result slip and put the party seal on the Ballot Box and Boakye-Yiadom at the 1st Choice Clinic Polling Station (D070106) were victims of such scandalous acts of the NDC activists.
Our Polling Agent, Kingsford Obeng at L/A JSS Kleefe-Dome Polling Station (D072103) was threatened by the Presiding Officer and the local.
At the Ho-Hohoe Anglican Primary School (D070903), our Agent caught the polling Assistant tearing double ballot papers for voters.
At the Ho District Education Office Polling Station (D071902) the Presiding Officer personally directed voters where to cast their vote.
At the L/A Primary School (D071706), Tanyigbe-Dzafe, Seyiram Gavor was arrested for double voting. He was handed over to the police.
KETA CONSTITUENCY
The Party’s Polling Agents were sacked from the following Polling Station.

4. D010703 Temp Booth Tettevikope
5. D014602 Temp Booth Alagbati
6. D010606 Govt. Hospital Keta

8. D014404 Temp Booth Dorveme
9. D014501 AME Zion JSS Asadame-Fiato
10. D014601 Temp Booth Dziehe-Ablame
11. D013603 Health Clinic Atiavi
12. D010604 Old EP Church Alata
In effect, the Party Agents were not allowed to partake in the electoral processes at these polling stations.
Dan Agbedakpi carried with him Pick-up full of well-build men to intimidate and sack our Polling Agents from all the Polling Stations in his home town. He did not end there, they went ahead to intimidate our agents across the southern part of the Region.
HO EAST
Threats, intimidation, harassment and open insults were the order of the day. Our Canada and North America Brach Observers were mob attacked (stones were thrown at them) at the Agotime-Kpetoe EP Upper Primary (D060501) The gentlemen included the following;

2. Kofi Bamuah
3. Alex Ofosu-Mensah
4. Kwami Sintim
At the L/A Primary School (D060405) Wumenu, the Polling Assistant – Frank Azololo voted four times not withstanding resistance from our Agents. The Presiding Officer openly refused to accept the officially accredited Agent of our Party – Boakye-Yiadom E.O at the L/A Primary School, Wudese. D061101. He was forced later to sign the counted result.
HO WEST
Serious threats and intimidation were mated out to our Agents especially in the following Polling Station Kindergarten School (D073804) Gbadzeme United Primary School (D073901) at Biakpa and EP Primary School (D073902) at Fume. In view of the above occurrences our Agents could not sign the certified Polling Station result by the Constituency Chairman.
NORTH DAYI
The Party’s Agent Appiah Patrick was severely attacked was sent to the Police Station for safe keeping at Kpando.
Dr. Ohene was physically attacked and he suffered serious injuries on his left eye. His personal car was burnt.
As a result of these threats all our agents flew from their various Polling Stations.
SOUTH DAYI
There were series of intimidation and physically attacks on our Agents across the Constituency. Abass Larry was brutally assaulted at Peki.
HOHOE SOUTH
At the EP Primary School (D104101) at Have-Etoe our Agent was harassed and sacked from the Polling Station.
AVENOR AVE
1. The Agent Francis Nyahe at Dzogadze R/C Primary School Polling Station (D032801) did not sign the result sheet. He was severely harassed and sacked from the Polling Station.
2. The Agents were Solomon Bodzah and Ocloo Mamuformo chased out of the Monome L/A Primary School (D030701).
NORTH TONGU
1. Sheriff Bello was attacked at House Craft Centre (D052603)
2. Samuel Abeka was attacked at R/C Primary (D052602), Battor
3. Francis Appiah suffered same at the Salem Methodist Primary School (D052703)
4. Kofi Apau Manu was harassed at the L/A Primary School, Dedukofe Polling Station and asked to live the polling station if he values his life.
5. Joseph Assem was a victim of assault at the Sitor L/A Primary School (D052704).
6. Ebenezer Ani-Agyei was threatened at the Aveyime R/C JSS Polling Station (D052702)
7. George K. Duah at the Manya Polling Station (D052606) was harassed and the Presiding officer did not take any of his objections to people voting without ID cards.
8. Joe Danfour at the R/C Primary School (D052602) at Battor was sacked from the Polling Station.
CONCLUSION
It could be observed that the way our Polling Agents were harassed, intimidated, beaten and forcefully removed from the Polling Stations, etc. it clearly indicate that these actions were well-thought plan and executed deliberately by the NDC and their operatives.
From our assessments, the elections held in these constituencies must be rejected;

4. Avenor-Ave;
5. North Tongu;
6. Keta; 7. Ketu South; and, 8. Hohoe South 9. South Dayi
