Can’t Cheat Again On The Ash-Porcupines.

The Speedy Dong Bortey who invested all his hopes in re-Launching his almost broken career at Kumasi Asante Kotoko has been showed the way to outside.

The management of the Ashanti Kotoko has shown him the yellow and red cards, stating that the Porcupine Warriors have washed themselves with all sorts of waters and can therefore never be blindfolded and not at all from somebody like Dong Bortey who is just “coming from behind but rather the front.” The management told Bortey, without any hesitation point blank, they don’t need him so he should look elsewhere to pump up his career.

Dong Bortey who recently shocked Hearts fans, by turning his back to them and vowed not to play for the club again, disclosing his desire to kick for the (Ash-porcupines) Kotoko instead.

Alhaji Ali Maradona, a leading Kotoko member, who reacted promptly said, “The Alhaji Nje management team have no place for Bortey, period”!

According to Alhaji Ali Maradona, if another Kotoko management would sign on Bortey in future, fine! But as far as this management is concerned, there is no place for Bortey in Kotoko."

Bortey, who played tricks on Kotoko some years back having dodged Kotoko at the last minute to sign for Hearts, after assuring the then Kotoko management of his desire to play for the club.

When Bortey resided in Kumasi during that time, trained with the porcupines and even received many gifts including cash from Kotoko fans. Having filled both his financial pot holes and his pocket those days from the porcupine supports he changed his mind and joined Hearts. What a pitiful disappointment! Now that Dong Bortey is feeling cold from the Accra sea breeze to the extent that he can’t close his mouth properly, can’t stand straight without protruding his chest he is looking for a shelter from the porcupines. No way and no turn on one way for the Ding-Dong, said Alhaji Ali Maradona.
