@Steel only people with cotton as brains talk like you.It has been said over and over again that dumsor has been with us since the days of JJ Rawlings right through Kuffour, Mills and JM who increased the volume of power to the extent that the NPP dunderheads led by Nana Akuffo-Addo and Bawumialiar shamelessly came to declare that JM left excess power that was expensive and not needed. Today we are back to DUMSOR under the NPP but this time not about excess power but failure to maintain that which was handed down by
JM with higher tariffs. It is only wicked and unreasonable people like you who will not vote for JM, majority of Ghanaians wil
