Sir, you are absolutely point on. It is a shame as a country (Ghana) in this era of dispensation and global consciousness, probity and accountability, Ghana has never been forthright in its developmental agendas in completion of projects or programmes. The continue wastage of public funds through taxes by the Governments of Ghana has resulted in this cycle of wastage for decades on abandoned projects or programmes. We have lost the sense of patriotism as Ghanaians.
