  It is well known that the European powers who started using their local mother tongues in education rather than Latin became the superpowers. We could easily use our mother tongues in education. I think the Universities, schools and WAEC should be able to teach and examine our children in all our mother tongues. We have about 40 languages they say but you have shown clearly that the actual number may be 20 or less but it is the dialects that differ. A language is one which you cannot understand unless you learn while a dialect is one which you can understand with little or no effort using your particular mother tongue. It is high time we know which dialects are mutually intelligible to their speakers instead of churning out enormous figures and using them to defend English as a Second language as the language of education. We've had enough. Germans, Japanese and the English hate to be taught in a language other than their mother tongue cos it causes repititions, dropping out, student abuse, low self esteem and poor grades. Lets fight for our right and responsibility.

  The Nrubo and Chala are two distinct tribes with different cultures living in the Nkwanta South District of the Volta Region in Ghana with Gedere/Adele and Gechode/Akyode. The Ntrubo are found bordering eastern end of Ghana at middle belt of the Nkwanta South District of the Volta Region of Ghana bordering western Togo. They are bordering Gedere or Adele at Nkwanta South District. The Chala share border with Gechode or Akyode also in the Nkwanta South District. As such, Ntrubo and Chala are not in the Brong Ahafo region bordering Côte d'Ivoire as indicated in paragraph 10 above under Nafaanra group.
