  Then here “The writer is the Vice Chairman for the USA Chapter of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
  
  QUESTION:
  (1) Is the Writer still serving “IN USA” as USA-NDC Chairman, though working under Sylvester Mensah at GHEXIM BANK?
  (2) Did the Write fly down from USA for the Thursday occasion?
