  As a country we usually think about some sort of divine fixes to our problems. Which we all know it does not work that way.
  In my opinion, as a country we need to go back and reconfigure everything from the beginning. We are downright selfish people and No one cares for now or the future.

  This is a terrible indictment on us all as a people. You have listed a number of government agencies and one's view is that this is the main challenge as no one takes any lead role on any issues so we all drive by INCLUDING the Police with blinkers on and look at OTHERS to deal with the recurring tragedies. We are a country full of 'SELFISH' and uncaring and look up to the heavens for answers.
