  The sages said spare the rod and spoil the child. It is a fact that not all staff in a school are allowed to give corporal punishment to a pupil or student in a school.
  That responsibility has been given to a particular person in the school. I am a person who like raising controverses. The fact is that those who are telling us that children should not be given corporal punishment are people who hang or electrocute children who are alleged to have committed murder.
