  Vehicles or whatever cannot go top speed on a very bad road. Yes, that is what commonsense says so, the question is, why do we have more accidents on our roads nowadays.
  
  While we cannot dualize all our roads, drivers should as a matter of urgency, use "Commonsense" to ply our roads to reduce unnecessary accidents that results in untimely death.
  
  Most accidents on our roads are mainly "Human error" meaning drivers are to be blamed.

  Citizens whose loved ones have died in road accidents where the roads are terrible must begin to sue the government, if some of those cases are won, maybe the government would sit up and begin to look at these road situation ...
