  This demonstrates the determination of Mahama's government to develop Ghana through real and transparent actions. After 8 years of "developing" Ghana through hollow slogans and empty promises loaded with lies and pomposity under Akuffo-Addo, JDM wants to leave a legacy and be remembered by generations as a true Nation Builder and a patriotic citizen. Those in the NPP who are calling for a reshuffle must go to bed and forget about the illusion of equalizing their bad and criminal governance to Mahama's performing administration.

  Good submission. However, the the practice of not adhering to a contract is typical for Africa. In the advanced industrialized countries contracts are strictly adhered to. In those societies if the deadline for the completion of a work is not met, the contractor is taken to court and it could be costly for the construction firm. In Ghana and other African countries our legal/judicial systems are disfunctional that is why contractors can misbehave and go with it. That said, I congratulate the Roads Minister for doing a very good job. He is one of the few Ministers who is performing well.

  You give deadlines to a ROAD CONTRACTOR and he/she does a shoddy work. Roads needs to be properly COMPACTED failure to do do results in early deterioration of the road.
