Why has Ghana done, and continues to do, so unjustly with Mr Charles Kwadwo Fosu aka Daddy Lumba’s siblings and wife, Madam Akosua Serwaah?

The writer has kept his cool so far, but feels unable to continue to sit on the fence while his country, Ghana, continues to deal so deplorably unjustly with both the full-blood siblings and the legal wife of late “one and only” super icon Ghanaian music artist Daddy Lumba.

The leaders, both traditional and public, are, by this publication, today, Wednesday, 13th May 2026, informed without fear or favour, of the injustice they continually directly or indirectly, consciously, or unconsciously, inflict on the mentioned family members of late Daddy Lumba.

It is not that the leaders are unaware of what has taken the nation and the world by shock, thus, the suspicious death and burial of Daddy Lumba and that mighty China-like wall erected around the cause of the death, burial place, and the properties of late Daddy Lumba.

They are fully aware of them provided they have ears and they can hear, they have eyes and they can see, and they have mouths and they can speak.

Everything is in the public domain for not only Ghana, but the whole world to see with their “kulukulu” (naked) eyes, a Nigerian may say.

However, until the leaders are informed officially, they will not dare dabble in or dive into what is strictly a traditionally private family matter, although Daddy Lumba was a public figure by his nationwide and or, worldwide musical acclaim and status.

It hurts the writer to hear how some super rich and most powerful people in Ghana are allegedly solidly rallied behind that concubine, thus, the “cohabitor cum procreator” side chick of Daddy Lumba, to prevent the wife and blood-siblings of Daddy Lumba from having justice as regards the details of death and burial, properties and anything having to do with Daddy Lumba.

This is not right and shouldn’t be allowed to continue to go on in Ghana, although the writer understands the nation’s justice system to be stinkingly corrupt sometimes.

There could be a pathway to successfully overcome the alarming obstructions littered in the path of both Akosua Serwaah and the blood-siblings of the deceased to having justice in regard to the collusively preventive measures taken by the family head, Kwadwo Owusu aka “Tupac” and Lumba’s cohabitor and their collaborators.

The writer may have a suggestion to make to either the wife or any of the blood-siblings of Lumba, desiring to have justice, provided he could liaise with them.

A course of action will be prescribed, and by God’s grace, a solution that will bring smiles to the faces of the until now molested or intimidated family members will be found.

The writer could be contacted or liaised with on Facebook.

Together, we shall overcome to shame the disgraceful, obstructive human elements, their agents, assigns and methodologies of injustice.

The proud fearless son of Kumawu/Asiampa, the voice for voiceless, has spoken and declared his support for the wife and blood-siblings of Daddy Lumba in their pursuit for truth and justice.
