I'm from nkwantakese all this is false.come n see the youth over here,ours who want to go to tetially but having no help so many.but dis chief help people outside even his own family members are affected. Even what he do for teachers, its not those permanent but rather the training teachers who come for service n this even creating problems for those permanent n training once.
