The Folly of some NDC people is Inexplicable

Tue, 13 Mar 2012 Source: Adofo, Rockson

I have assiduously been conducting in-depth research on how and why most NDC party members, activists and sympathisers do exhibit reprehensible traits of folly. From the irresponsible way that most of their serial callers conduct themselves on air, lying and arguing as though they have lost their common sense, it is only befitting that one confidently writes them off as a bunch of misfits.

In this day and age, coupled with the unfolding gargantuan crimes in perpetration by NDC government appointees, NDC self-styled bankrollers and NDC cronies, the NDC still aspire to win the December 7, 2012 elections hands-down. What do they take Ghanaians? Do they see all Ghanaians as simpletons as they are? It is rumoured that they have dispatched their shameless political novices to the villages of the strongholds of their political rival, the NPP, to fool the villagers. They are twisting facts to scare the predominantly uneducated ones living in the villages from registering biometrically to be able to vote during the December 7, 2012 elections. Among the scarecrow messages are, any male registering will suffer low sperm count, become impotent and or become ill with cancer.

The Deputy Chief of Staff, Alex Segbefia, appointed one Carl Wilson to inflict a wanton daylight robbery on Ghanaian car importers. He confiscated almost all the expensive cars imported into the country during Carl Wilson's tenure of office. He shared the cars he impounded among NDC gurus, activists and sympathisers. He auctioned some of the cars to the NDC persons at peanuts. Carl Wilson made Ghanaians believe that the owners of the seized imported cars have stolen them from abroad according as revealed when run his personal computer software. The NDC government instead of returning the cars to their foreign owners, from whom the Ghanaians did steal them as alleged, rather kept the cars and used them as explained above.

The General Secretary of the NDC, one emaciated Mosquito Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, sits on Bui Dam Project Board as a member. However, in what may be a conflict of interest, but actually abuse of position and power, he manufactures cement blocks and sells them to the Bui Dam Project contractors at twice the ongoing price. He probably manufactures his blocks with precious blood whilst his other competitors manufacture theirs with ordinary water hence, the price difference.

The NDC's DCEs, MCEs etc. are availing themselves of what may be a government-sanctioned graft. For any contract they award, they take a 10% share bribe from the contractor. They keep a lion's share and then place the rest in their party's coffers. This is corruption. They always allow the contractors to bloat the cost in order for their 10% kickback to be fatty. For how long are Ghanaians going to sit on the fence when the politicians, especially the most incompetent money-grabbing NDC, take you for nincompoops?

The government has been uncovered conniving with some rogues to swindle Ghana out of millions of Ghana New Cedis in what are payments of judgment debts. Some NDC Government Ministers and functionaries have assisted one Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome, an acclaimed NDC financier to take GHC51 Million from Ghana as judgment debt payment due him although for no work done. Betty Mould-Iddrisu, the then Attorney General who forced the Finance Ministry to honour the payment took a share of GHC5 Million. One Alex Owusu Bempah, a FONKAR top guru alleges on radio that the wife of President Mills, Naadu Mills, also took a chunk share of GHC5 Million. What baffles all discerning Ghanaians is the quick defence mounted on behalf of Woyome when the news became public, thanks to Hon. Kennedy Agyapong. Akyena Brentuo, an NDC Presidential Communication Team member, Ebo Barton Oduro, Deputy Attorney General, Alex Segbefia, Deputy Chief of Staff and a host of others threw their weight behind Alex Agbesi Woyome. They were defending him. There are still NDC people from across the nation, especially the Volta region, giving Woyome their unflinching support.

The NDC although in government, still find it necessary to engage in propaganda. They have resorted to diversionary tactics in attempt to get away with the unprecedented crimes they have committed and still are committing. They have money to pay radio serial callers to spew crap and insults on air in defence of the incompetence and abject thievery in perpetration by their government and party.

With the above, I ask, for what do the NDC take Ghanaians?
