Citizenship is about allegiance so to me the very notion of dual allegiance is wrong. I am currently a US citizen of Ghanaian birth. To regain my Ghanaian citizenship I have to renounce my American Citizenship by naturalization. I can't hold both citizenships, it is totally wrong for one simple reason. Allegiance - I do recall saying the pledge when I was in primary school and I quote "I promise to be faithful and loyal to Ghana my Motherland" end of story. You can't eat your cake and have it.
