  By way of jest, had your article been on Mahama slaps General Mosquito....even though the later deserves one, you would have seen a bevy of comments from many mediocre minds, each with their own version of the story. Meanwhile our forests are being destroyed by illegal chinese mining operations and we are happy to sit and watch.

  I really thought you hit the nail on the head with this. My question to you is why did your leaders welcome Iran also to the table. My point here is this. I for one was looking to migrate to Africa to help and find work.(it is also good to note that I have fallen in Love with a woman there.) With that being said I read last week about this Iran connection and for some reason it turned my stomach. I guess because I am an American, I find it hard to put my self at risk. I guess it best to stay home and pray you figure out how to make things better there instead of just wishing things get better.

  Arthur Kennedy unfortunately cannot win the leadership of any political party in Ghana.Simply because he is more of an idealist than an ideologue.
  Every politician is trying to outwit the other in corruption. The mere mention of Nkrumah's name in his own party will earn him a rebuke and the other major political party(NDC)will only evoke Nkrumah's name for vote and unimaginable corruption.
  
  The day Arthur Kennedy wins the leadership of a political party, I will vote for that party irrespective of any reservations I may have about the party.

  King Ossie Tutu and others had no white education, but they were famous with wisdon because they maintained their culture. The Arabs are ok because they are living with their culture, only Afican think we are more intelligent than our fathers because we have been brainwashed by the so called whiteman education. We should have devolop some means of reasioning but not copping to solve our problems. How good is their democracy,to borrow you millions of $ to do elections which does not serve the population. How many % of people life change after waisting a lot of money to conduct an election.
  Very sad to see Africa sinking and refusing to safe him. The whites will always laugh at us because we fell shame of ourselves.

  Please nobody should be surprised about Arthur Kennedy's article. If you truly knew Doc; this shouldn't. Kennedy is a pragmatist and a nationalist and not an ideologue.
  
  I remember being harassed on this forum by a few npp sympathizers for suggesting the party give a nod to Kennedy's leadership bid.
  It is rather unfortunate that,he is caught between a political rock and a hard place in Ghana. None of the winnable parties fit into his vision for mother Ghana.
