I however advice that he polishes up his medium of communication a bit to make himself better understood. I also hope he will not copy the bad habits of some us in violently criticizing others on this platform, no matter what opinions he holds.

The question is, what knowledge did he go to impact if he cannot write on a simple journey he had made. This is a shame.

By the way,why should the little girl be bothered to travel all the way from Aflao to Kasoa to deliver a message of the death of a family member with little money in hand? One would have thought that at this modern time with technology where mobile phones are in every home it will cost less to make a brief phone call to those in Kasoa.
I know NOT everybody have access to phones but someone close to that family in Kasoa should have.

Well folks, Master Prince is only 19 years old as he revealed in his generalized account of his experience voting first time in election 2012- the fact is that Prince's titles are inviting, but when one goes to read the story, it is like going into a soup pot and finding no meat at all?
But let me give him some credit for what I learned from this write-up, as he made a few good points-
1- He tells us the journey took him a long time- he buys a ticket at 12pm and even after 7pm, he had not reached his destination in Accra- I think this is a very accurate account of public transports, while a ride in a private car from Aflao to Accra may take much less time.
2-I learned that Sogakope is called "mini city" and it is near or around the Volta lake, and it is bustling with vendors, particularly those selling food- and there is a toll bridge crossing there- this brought back memories of when I do go to Ghana of my trips back and forth from Accra to my village using the Accra Hohoe road- there, the towns of Kpone and Atimpoku are also bustling with such activities where one can enjoy all the delicacies Master Prince enjoys at Sogakope; and there after paying toll and crossing the Adomi bridge over the Volta lake, we would enter Volta Region or Eastern Region depending on which way we were going.
3- Similarly, Master Prince's short description of not seeing much development on that stretch and the savannahs hold very true of parts of greater Accra Region all the way to Kpone, with occasional sights of monkeys running in the wild, electric poles etc. However, one gets a glimpse of Tsai Hills in far distant and the Mountain range that places like Lartey reside...
Lastly, and most importantly, Master Prince points to a flagrant flaw that he must ask Minister Dzifa Attivoe to have corrected- how can there be 2 mileage sign boards within meters of each other with incorrect information.. Is that tourist friendly, may I ask Ghana as the "gateway to Africa"?
Albeit Master Prince's interpretation of the English language is VERY annoying to read, I, as a virtual "foreign" in many parts of my mother/fatherland did learn something.
Well, Master Prince, keep plucking away and don't be discouraged; practice makes more perfect!
