Based on certain analysis of Dr. Bokor prior to resolution of Justice Kpegah's suit against Nana Akuffo Addo, many commentators jumped to the conclusion that he was pro-Kpegah and anti-Akuffo Addo, a manifestation very clear in your comment.
However if his articles were approached without any baggage, it would not have been difficult to glean that he was merely analyzing the various parameters of the issue.
For a fact, neither has Justice Kpeglah been vanquished nor Nana Addo emerged victorious. What we now have is a stalemate, not even a Mexican standoff.
The crux of Kpegah's case is that Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo has not been admitted to the Bar. It is on record that William Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo was admitted to the Bar. Nana Akuffo Addo and William Addo Dankwa Akuffo Ado can be one and the same person but the one name with legal authority to practice is the one that has been duly recognised to do so by completion of the rite of passage-admission to thear.
You see, our names are not just an appendage of ourselves. They are there to give us IDENTIFICATION, RECOGNITION and ACCOUNTABILITY for our actions that is why, apart from dysfunctional societies, a person can only forsake a name and take on another after a due process. You do not assume a name willy-nilly or at your whims and caprices.
pursuant of which, YOU cannot be admitted into a fraternity as Kofi Amenyaglo and carry out your related duties as Dzatar Amenyaglo. It never happens in any sane society.
The Fast Track Court did not delve into the merit of Justice Kpeglah's suit. It stated the obvious that Nana Addo Dankwa and William Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo are one and the same person which is good but at tangent to Kpegah's suit that Nana Addo Dankwa has no legal standings to engage in whatever he has over the years done in the legal field because HE DOES NOT HAVE THE MANDATE TO DO SO.
If Kpeglah pursues the issue further and wins, it will open a can of worms because decision Nana Addo Dankwah Akuffo Addo took in the past in whatever capacity can be challenged in court by any affected party.
So Kofi Amenyaglo( I hope that is your true name) the joke is not on Dr. Bokor.

DO you want to hold brief for a retired judge like Pkegah who adjudicated cases for Nana and now for some reasons best knwon to himself is questioning Nana's credentials? Pkegah seems to have lost it as he is fighting everybody around him. He might be mentally derained at the moment, oh blackmen.

As to questions about Bawumia's line of response, one could convincingly affirm he wasn't in court to seek redress, nor did he in his submissions pretend to; Bawumia and others knew they didn't have a case.
Their petition was in bad faith, even though we all knew there were irregularities. They were in court for amusement, and the fact that they could have wanted to be in the eyes of NPP for the next presidential bid. For, how could a person of Bawumia's renown and caliber completely erect himself at each turn of court time to dodge questions the way he did if he didn't find the situation amusing.
In conclusion I can say he and his clique of clowns know what it is they're doing wasting everyone's time.

In your comment you mentioned that, "eventhough we all knew there were irregularities". There judges also knew the same irregularies and that is the main reason why the verdict will favor the petitioners. Do you also remember that NDC saw how Bawumia will annihilate their advoacates in court that was why they wanted to kill him in a car accident? Continue to live in a fool's paradise. No matter how long the case will drag on, Mahama, the 9 graves president will step down for Nana to govern the country and offer us his free high school education. The next president after Nana will surely be Dr. Bawumia.

The whole world is watching and there is an ample sign that NPP will be victorius. We do not need threats to win the battle. Also, remember that Atuguba is not the only judge in the court room. You also portray yourself as someone on a mission to twist issues to suit your nefarious agenda. Much as the Kpegah's case came to naught, so will the verdict favor NPP and Bawumia. I sometimes question the reasoning of Dr. Michael J K Bokor.
Really, drastic situations require drastic measures and
Foolish questions require foolish answers.
Why did the looser of the recent Kenyan presidential elections file a petition at the Kenyan Supreme Court ?
Are they not emulating the very good example of the petitioners in Ghana?
Why did the looser in the Kenyan Presidential Elections not take to the bush?
Why was there no war again in Kenya?
All these are the immediate results of the Ghana petition.
Hon. Dr Michael J.K. Bokor, Please understand that:
The immediate benefit from this petition is PEACE IN AFRICA AFTER PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS
And
The REMOTE benefit is the PRESIDENCY OF GHANA, Dr Michael J.K. BOKOR! Hello!!!!.

I just read the first 2 paragraphs of Bokor’s article and I cannot understand how Bokor of all people can go on and on about something that is fundamentally so flawed as this.
Bokor wrote "When Tsatsu said that the starting point of the petition was to have the first petitioner (Akufo-Addo) declared winner of the election, Bawumia replied “That is not true”.
Bokor disagree with Bawumia so he went on to say "Indeed, if the purpose of the petition is not to have Akufo-Addo declared as winner of Election 2012, why are these NPP people in court, wasting everybody’s time and the country’s resources (with the live telecast, especially) and continuously assuring their supporters of victory to sustain their anti-Mahama activism? Are these people being honest to themselves and their followers?"
I believe it should not be difficult for people to understand that the question Tsatsu asked is different from the interpretation Borkor gave that also formed the basis of his article. The focus of Tsatsu's question was that "the STARTING POINT of the petition was to have the first petitioner (Akufo-Addo) declared winner of the election".
Bawumiah's answer was correct for in as much as the ultimate outcome of the petition COULD HAVE BEEN to declare Akuffo as the president, it is possible that this was not the starting point. In fact, if this was the starting point then the NPP could have embarked on other alternative measures to get Akuffo Addo to be president. Examples of such alternatives could be to plan a coup detats to overthrow Mahama, embark on riots and strikes to make the country ungovernable in such a way that the country would have had to adopt the Zimbabwe and Kenyan style Co-presidents. By choosing to go to the supreme Court, the NPP was fully aware that the outcome of the protest could be any verdict declared by the judges. If Bawumiah had accepted the fact that the starting point of the petition was to declare Akuffo president, he would invariably be agreeing to the fact that he, Bawumia could predict or compel the final verdict of his petition – and that is not possible anywhere except when he was sure he had all the judges in his pocket. As a seasoned lawyer, I am sure Nana Addo knew that his fate will come to depend upon the verdict of Supreme Court Judges once he files the petition. By choosing to go ahead with the petition, the NPP group must have become aware that the starting point of their case was going to be the presentation of evidence, court hearings and then a verdict by the judges which may or may not lead to what Tsatsu had stated.
In essence, Bawumiah was 100% correct to say No to Tsatsu's question and I find it difficult to understand how a brilliant guy like Dr. Bokor cannot just understand this simple logic. Please let us put aside our biases when we present ideas here for. We need to be humble for no one except God has all the truth and wisdom.

DR. BOKOR, I WONDER YOUR LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE, OR PRECISELY YOUR LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH IN THE LEGAL PROFESSION. WE FAIL TO BELIEVE THAT A MAN OF YOUR CALIBER (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR OF ENGLISH) WOULD MISCONSTRUE THE MEANING OR RATIONALE BEHIND THE SIMPLE REPEATING QUESTIONS ASKED BY TSHIKATA REPEATEDLY. IF YOU HAVE REDUCED YOURSELF TO THE STATUS OF AN UNREASONING PARTY SYCOPHANT THEN GHANAIANS HAVE NO REASON TO WORRY. ON THE OTHER HAND, IF WISDOM ELUDED YOUR COMPREHENSION OF THE QUESTIONS, THEN HERE IS A SMALL INFORMAL SCHOOL FOR YOU: TSHIKATA'S QUESTION TRIES TO PIN THE PETITIONERS THAT IT WAS ON THEIR "PREMEDITATION" OF SEEKING TO MAKE AKUFO-ADDO PRESIDENT BY ANY MEANS THAT THEY FOUND FAULTS WITH THE PINK SHEETS. BAWUMIA, BEING WISE, RESPONDED CORRECTLY. HIS ANSWER IMPLIES THAT THE PRIMARY REASON FOR PETITIONING THE COURT WAS TO SEEK JUSTICE AGAINST ELECTION IRREGULARITIES AND/OR PREMEDITATED FRAUD OF WHICH THEY HAVE PROOF; TO PRAY THE COURT TO VERIFY, THAT BASED ON THE VERIFICATION THE VERDICT WOULD BE IN THEIR FAVOR, DECLARING THE NPP PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE THE LEGITIMATE WINNER. PLS ANALYZE THE QUESTIONS AND HIS ANSWER AGAIN. AS YOU KNOW, THERE IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOING TO COURT BECAUSE A PARTY WANTS A PARTICULAR SOMEBODY TO BE DECLARED PRESIDENT... THEIR COLLEAGUE(S) EVEN DECLARED THEIR PARTY HEAD THE WINNER AHEAD OF THE DECLARATION BY THE EC; AND GOING TO COURT BECAUSE A PARTY SEES EVIDENCE OF CHEATING AND IS SEEKING REDRESS BASED ON THE EVIDENCE.
BEFORE I CONTINUE, LET ME CLARIFY THAT CONCERNED GHANAIANS ARE FOLLOWING THE COURT PROCEEDINGS WITHOUT ANY PARTY AFFILIATIONS. OUR DESIRE IS TO SEE THAT THE TRUE WILL OF THE PEOPLE ARE RESPECTED; THAT GHANA SETS GOOD PRECEDENCE AND CARVE A BETTER PATH FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS IN GHANA AND BEYOND. IT DOES NOT MATTER MAHAMA OR AKUFO ADDO.
ANY OBJECTIVE, RATIONAL PERSON WOULD, AFTER ANALYZING CRITICALLY THE VARIOUS INCIDENTS DURING THE ELECTION, DRAW THE CONCLUSION THAT THERE WERE PREMEDITATED IRREGULARITIES, POSSIBLY FRAUD. AS TO WHETHER THEY WERE OR IT WAS ENOUGH TO TILT THE ELECTION RESULTS THE OTHER WAY, OR COULD BE PROVED IN THE COURT OF LAW, ARE OTHER ISSUES. IRRESPECTIVE OF THE SC RULING, THE PATH WE CARVE TODAY IS CRUCIAL FOR THE FUTURE OF OUR COUNTRY, AND THE YOUNG ONES ARE WATCHING OUR FOOTSTEPS. WOULD YOU TRY TO BE OBJECTIVE IN YOUR WRITINGS NOT ONLY FOR YOUR INTEGRITY BUT ALSO FOR THE SAKE OF THE CONTINENT?
