One day, little Billy comes home from kindergarten for lunch. Not finding his mother in the kitchen, or the living room, he heads upstairs to check her bedroom. He opens the door, and what does he see, but his father, who had also come home for lunch, stripped naked, on top of his mother, also naked, heavily into the act of lovemaking. Not wanting to traumatize the boy, the parents continue as if nothing was wrong. Billy watches, and after a couple of minutes asks, "Daddy, can I climb on

You did same to Dr. Arthur Kennedy and you paid the price. You are repeating same to face humiliation in 2016 and 2020. Let us tell the truth, Bawumia was clueless. He knew nothing about the rules of elections. All he said at the court were baseless. You and I were not there, Whether dulpicate, triplicate or quadruplicate, I used it once in my analysis, On the face of the pink sheets, exalted observers etc etc. Laziness does not win elections. The supreme court does not elect presidents and can never on this earth give the presidency to anyone. At worst they can advice the EC to train its agents well next time and nothing else. You only have succeeded in wasting everyone's time.

I'm not a lawyer, but I have heard lawyers say many times that the job of the defence is more difficult than that of the prosecution. With this advantage, if the petitioners are still struggling to come out with a single shred of proof, whiles the respondents have made a breakthrough by proving the occurrence of errors, what is left for the petitioners? I believe you work in some capacity at Nana Akufo Addo's office. If I am right and it is true that you did not see the need to consult anybody before you published this statement, then that is part of NPP's communication problem. Because of lack of consultation and coordination, sometimes people say different things on the same issues. This behaviour may actually confirm what Dr Wereko-Brobbey is alleging.

Again, from your first paragraph, it appears me that Dr Wereko-Brobbey is not alleging that leading members of NPP were not consulted on the decision to go to court but rather the preparation of the deposition. The two are not the same. There is a difference between the decision to go to court and the preparation of the deposition. What do you think?

This an issue that Nana Oyi Lithur's ministry must be seriously concerned with.

On the heart of the article, If I understood Mustapha's submission well, his point is not so much about whether the leading members of NPP were consulted or involved with the preparation of depoistion as Tarzan mentioned. His view was that Tarzan should have been boldly mentioned the supposed leading lights in NPP whom he spoke to in order to give some semblance of credence to his claims.

Strangely, I don't see how Mustapha's decision to consult anyone in the party contributes to NPP's communication problem. Indeed, Mustapha is not a member of the NPP communication team, despite his previous role as the spokesperson of Akufo Ado. He only mentioned this point at the opening paragraph to press home the fact that his view does not necessarily reflect that of NPP as a party. I sincerely doubt if one needs to consult anyone in order to write a personal rejoinder such as this. Perhaps, that is what Mustapha meant by his statement; "Indeed, I did not feel obliged to do so"
