Months ago some Americans came here,paid some chiefs and were able to easily dig for gold,which they took back to the U.S - to pay their mortgages and bills.If SOME of us are not dumb and greedy,then yours truly does not know what it is.

The Chinese government does not need us - infact,they're just helping us with funds for development and infrastucture.They built our stadiums(over 50 plus years of independence, we can't even get on own feet to walk.Like a baby,we still depend on foreigners to give us milk)and highways,while we spend all our time arguing about degrees and who went to Oxbridge.

Without the help of corrupt Ghanaian officials and our greedy and venal chiefs,the poor Chinese would not be here. Casting the racist net over all Chinese,is not only asinine,but a cop out of not facing our own failures and weaknesses.

Ghanaian authorities said it was part of a crackdown which would continue until all illegal miners had been removed from the country.

Mr. Mahama, have you ever thought about the legacy you will leave behind after you leave office? If you have not thought about it and it has never crossed your mind, then it is about time you begin to worry about it because from all indications, majority of Ghanaians do not think or you as an effective leader. Instead, they see you and your administration as very corrupt and unconcerned about the plights of Ghanaians especially those with no connections to your NDC party. It is a shame that your policies do not seem to reflect that of a Head of State who is interested in the economic well being of his people. President Mahama, it is about time you keep Chinese away from our mineral lands and set your mind on doing things that would be in the best interest of Ghanaians, especially, those with no political clout and no political connections with your NDC party officials.
