- Supreme Court be Aware
I have had time and opportunity to interrogate many Ghanaians on the ongoing Election 2012 petition pending in the Supreme Court. The petition seeks to invalidate the results of the election on the grounds that the election was fraught with irregularities, omissions and commissions that render it invalid. The petition further seeks to overturn the declaration of the winner as collusively pronounced in favour of John Dramani Mahama, by the Chairman of the Electoral Commission, Dr Afari Gyan, on 9 December 2012. The true winner, without that intentional perpetration of electoral fraud was Nana Akufo Addo.
There are three possible verdicts each of which can be pronounced by the nine-member Supreme Court judges sitting on the case. After scrutinizing the evidences presented before them by the petitioners and the respondents; hardcopies, softcopies and witness statements obtained at cross-examinations and in sworn affidavits, each of the underlying three verdicts can emerge as the final decision by the Court.
1. Nana Akufo Addo can be declared the winner of presidential Election 2012. This would be the likely possibility where the evidential "pink sheet- documents" categorised into various irregularities occurring as statutory violations are compiled, computed and Nana Akufo Addo found to have garnered more valid votes than John Dramani Mahama.
2. John Mahama being reaffirmed the winner. This will happen where after considering all the irregularities, subtracting them from the votes cast and declared by the Electoral Commission he still obtains 50% + 1 vote more than his runner-up - Nana Akufo Addo.
3. Run off - where none of the two contesting candidates obtains enough valid votes to cross the 50% +1vote margin after all the irregularity-pregnant votes have been done away with, that is, deducted from both the previously declared votes for John Mahama and Nana Akufo Addo.
However, in an event of point 3 (run off) happening, many of the Ghanaians I interviewed have their doubts. They query who will then organise the elections for the run off? Will it be the same currently tainted Electoral Commission headed by same disgraced comically-lying Dr Kwadwo Afari Gyan? I tell them, no way! Kwadwo Afari Gyan has outlived his importance and credibility to organise any further elections in Ghana. He is about to be assigned to the camp of the fallen idiots; into perpetual oblivion. We shall look into inviting over our more intelligent White contemporaries not only to be mere International Election Observers but also, to organise and supervise the elections for us, as less intelligent, corrupt and stupid as we have always been to rig elections at the whim of corrupt idiots claiming incumbency.
We shall not accept any perverted justice where Kwadwo Afari Gyan's outfit will again be mandated to run any eventual run-off election. We are not ready to go to Court for a second time alleging that notorious septuagenarian has rigged the election for clueless John Mahama again. To avoid this, we shall invite White people, especially British, to come and organise the elections for us to ensure a clean, fair and free elections for once.
The loudmouth "Mr Know All" Kwesi Pratt can go to hell when such a situation arises. He will come out arguing why the Whites but not Nigerians. Is he not the one that was against the live telecasting of the Supreme Court case for all his nonsensical hidden agenda and reasons?
Anyway, I am persuaded that there will not be any occasion of run-off but outright win for Nana Akufo Addo. My conviction is based on two principal things or reasons. First, God has revealed to many of His prophets and especially, one Kofi Basoah of Asante-Juaben, about the outcome of the election and how it could be reversed. Kofi Basoah's dreams come exactly as dreamt. Things are unfolding same as were revealed to Kofi Basoah. To know more about his said dream, please refer to my previous articles in which I mentioned them. Secondly, the evidential pink sheets manifesting the volume or scale of the statutory violations that occurred during the elections are more than enough to bury John Mahama in an avalanche of snow or mud.
I have organised White colleagues to watch the Supreme Court case any time they are free to do so. Moreover, my White legal brains have already pronounced their verdict in favour of Nana Akufo Addo seeing the utter display of biases by Justice Atuguba, the many lies told by Johnson Asiedu Nketiah and Dr Afari Gyan and the continual deplorable attitudes by the counsels for the respondents especially, Tsatsu Tsikata. They put other factors also into consideration with the pink sheets being the crux of the matter, the pivot on which the entire case revolves.
NANA ADDO WAS THE WINNER AND GOD THROUGH THE SUPREME COURT WILL PROVE IT FOR ALL TO SEE!
