The 241,000 voters were just a mirage and figment of Afari Gyan's imagination. He just made up the figure.

The elections was decided by about 300,000 votes. EC aided the incompetent JM to rig the elections. Ghanaians will suffer but i pray for Afari Gyan. God help Ghana

Be ashamed of themselves for attempting to 'write' a verdict for the panel. Within the last week and a half, we heard people like Ayokoi Otoo,a fmr Atty-General in the Kuffour administration, openly, on the Joy FM`s Newsfile programme, tell the SC to annul votes. Prof Aryittey and a fella,Kwaku Amoh Asante, constituted themselves into a two-member SC panel and 'rendered' a patently skewed and flawed judgement for the petitioners(NPP). And not to be left out, our all-knowing accounting Professor, not turned a Supreme Court Justice, operating from his base in Florida, has put out this rubbish.
I sincerely hope hope all our 'peace-apostles' have taen note of this unhealthy development. We are also waiting to hear what Justice Atubuga and his colleagues have to say about it tomorrow. Remember these are the very people who go around telling everybody they believe in peace and the independence of the judiciary!

Kwaku Azar, you selectively read the EC's response. The 241,000 comprise voters the EC was ordered by a court to register, mop up and those registered from abroad.

This petition has been 'constructed' on quicksand by these petitioners who have done everything possible to turn events into relity! We have seen them abandon or revise preposterous s claims they have publicised in the media, so the respondents would not persue those issues, only to have them 'resurrected' during the closing days of the presentation of evidence. And to everybody`s surprise, the court allowed this to happen. Pastent falsehood was permitted even over streneous objections raised by counsels fot the respondents. A bogus ID card was allowed to be presented in open court as though this whole thing was a joke!
And now look at what these NPP partisans- mainly residents abroad - are doing in the last days of this trial to create confusion, and thus disturb the peace here in Ghana. If this is not a deliberate attempt to interfere with the administration of justice, then I do not know what else is.

Can you just wait for the verdict istead this kind of "trokosi" analysis of yours? Ghana is in shambles today because of the lack analytical discourse of national issues and utter display of parochial interest ahead of national interest. Do you think that with all the evidence that came out in court the EC had done a good job? NO. Such a work would deserve a mark of 2 out of 10. We fail to hold people accountable so the rot continues unabated. Shame on all these Ananta_Hene mindset Ghanaians. The SC must be BOLD and annulled votes so that it becomes a teaching moment for all of us. This would lead to a revamped electoral system. Those EC shoddy work to favour NDC would not be tolerated anywhere else. So Anata_Hene keep on your impossible dreams.

So votes should be annuled for someone to become a president. Same person who supports 'let my vote count', and has re-emphasised that the cardinal importance of any election is the votes. Just because someone deliberately or otherwise did not sign the 'pinksheet' means I should have my constitutional right curtailed? How the love of power makes people reason amazes me.
