Good morning Katakyie. You used to translate Akan proverbs in your articles into English but you failed today. Though I am Akan, I cannot read and write Akan. I could read and understand the first two words but I had no idea what the third word means so I did not get the gist of the proverb.

I am very disappointed with the analysis of votes rejected in previous elections with votes being asked of the SC to annul. Do you compare 4 million votes in one election with under a million rejected votes over two or three elections? What was your objective for doing this comparison? It does not make sense and tantamount to comparing apples with oranges.

I also found your analysis of total parliamentary votes obtained by NDC and NPP irrelevant because Ghana's election is not proportional representation but first past the post. Again, you should be aware that registered total voters in urban constituencies are considerably higher than those in rural areas. NPP won more urban seats than NDC. You should also be aware that NPP's strongholds are densely populated and finally, there is the question of skirt and blouse voting. For these reasons, it is illogical to conclude that because the total number of votes obtained by NPP MPs is higher than that of NDC, NPP should have won the Presidency.

Have you spoken to Obama and Cameroon to know that they are expecting change of government in Ghana? For your information they are preoccupied with events in Syria and not Ghana. That would be followed by their Ambassador and High Commissioner respectively and others at their foreign ministries.

I'm also really disappointed in your submission, especially the apple and oranges. Remember, they are all fruits. Are you trying to say that some crimes are more serious than the other, therefore only those which have more serious implications should be dealt with by the law enforcement agencies? Are you saying that 4m votes are more sacred that 3 votes and therefore, should be declared valid if even the law finds them as invalid? I'm surprised. Kofi, are you saying that any citizen who steals a goat should be allowed to go free whilst the law deals with only armed robbers? Come again, bro.
You inquired from me whether I had spoken with Cameron and Obama. But, how did you know that they are pre-occupied with Syria matters? Did you also speak with them?
On the parliamentary votes, I'll urge you to do the calculation again. Regardless of the population density of the constituencies, the NPP minority cannot have over 120,000 votes more than their NDC counterparts, whilst their presidential candidates is declared a winner.

I never said that any wrong doing was alright or less evil than some. What I was trying to point out was the annulment of 4 million voters. I am glad the nine Justices affirmed Ghanaian citizens' constitutional right to vote. Why do I say so? Because not a single Justice granted an outright annulment of a single vote. Instead, even the minority that accepted over voting, voting without verification and double voting ordered rerun in the affected polling stations. That is a unanimous affirmation of the right to vote since they refused to disenfranchise a single voter.

I am sure we will have time to do a full analysis of today's judgement later and after we have had the opportunity to read and digest the details of all the written decisions.

I met Prime Minister Tony Blair briefly at a function in London and also met the Queen on her 50th anniversary when she visited this region and I was invited to the the lunch she held for the selected few but have never spoken to Obama and Cameron. I made my assumption based on media reports in the US and UK respectively.

Nothing he does will please a lot of people and they will be at his throat for small mistakes. At best he will be tolerated until 2016. And that will be bad for the country. I am not saying Akuffo Addo will do any better under the current circumstance either if the petition makes him President. That is why the call for uni or all inclusive government.

The best verdict is a run-off to settle this dispute under a irregularities free system. We need a President most Ghanaians clearly believe won his post without blemish.

The same was true when 550,000(five hundred and fifty thousand votes) were in validated in the Ashanti and Eastern regions to force a run-off elections in 2008. So, the errors on the Pink sheets can be invalidate all such pink sheets. In all situations the votes waited under the hot sun to cast their votes. Also in Florida 2000, 19,000 votes were invalidated to make George Bush the President. This SC case is not complicated all!!
