Right from the beginning of your writing, you sounded partial and throughout your writing you did so. All that you have said don't make sense. How do you defend a whole law professor, sensing some wrongs in the justices system to go on the air and attack a particular justice whilst he knows the avenues to take to address the problem? you sounded to me a partisan and a very stupid man. Two things have happened in the just ended trial. !) You don't have to go strictly to the written laws ,but have to bend it to satisfy societal norms/. 2) you have to go strictly to the letter of the stipulated law to make the constitution supreme. You have made your mind on this, yes you have your right. but coming back to Tsatu's claim. You have exonerated him on the grounds that he has the right to speak his mind, again true,. everybody has the right but must be guided by the written law. If not, why then should you blame Gabby for speaking his mind too.? Be wise.

Your conclusions about what has happened in the just ended Supreme Judgment are wrong, but you are entitled to your opinion.

  If you tell me that Asiedu-Nketia's definition of over-voting is what you go by then go back to your books and re-read the meaning of over -voting.So what you are saying is that if we have 100 registered voters and only 20 of them turned out to vote,but unfortunately there were 40 ballot papers in the box,then this could not be discribed as over-voting mainly because the ballot papers in the box didn't exceed the number of registered voters.This is a dishonest assessment because 80 registered voters failed to turn out to vote but unfortunately 20 extra ballot papers happened to find thier way to the ballot box.How do you defend this as not over-voting.

  When you have the situation as discribed, it is certain some bilot papers, or foreign materials (as suggested by Asiedu Nketia) have been introduced during voting. This has happened in a ward in an election in UK where I was an agent. What happened was that during sorting and counting of the votes a thorough check was carried out using the register, and the bilot numbering.
  
  Using that process the illegal additinoal bilot papers introduced into that particular bilot box were eliminated without any anulment or rejection of those votes. That is why Dr Bawumia and the minority Justices definition of over-voting cannot be right. The right to vote is sacrosant and anything cannot be done to undermine that constitutional right particularly when one cannot proof that the 20 people who voted, voted more than once.

In a commercial dispute my opponent frequently used false allegations of assault numerous times to have me arrested (totaling 32 times). I have seen several police stations including CID and BNI HQ from inside their cells. And there is nothing and nobody to help you. Trust me corruption is the basics of all !
  Corrupt, police, police prosecutors and judges are part of the system.
  At those days I fully understand what happened during JJ's time with the judges just as I now understand what happens to Tsatsu

  Science is not static, and law is a social science and can not remain static. Thus jurisprudence from the time of its birth in the caves and huts has evolved to become the act of the wits, not the wits that use it to cheat, but to bring justice and peace to society.
  Jurisprudence, just like any other science has evolved because of criticism of rulings, which the courts by themselves are are involved intensively. Thus the High Court does not only criticize the wrong ruling at the Circuit Court, but goes further to admonish it and most of the time turn it upside down, or gives a ruling the force to walk, animate it.
  Without criticism and self criticism mankind would not have been where he is today. When you deprive rulings criticism you are depriving man with his ability to amend what is wrong.
  Was it not the same judges who sentenced Tsatsu Tsikata and the drinking bars, even before they sentenced him in the court? The judges who sentenced Tsikata told the whole world that the Negro can not locomotive unless a Blanco animated him. It was a shame for our courts to degrade us like that.
  I remember how a court in Ghana took a Ghanaian Russian wife from him together with the daughter and gave them to an Arab. An Arab who is rich and can go to Europe to marry any woman he prefer and not the wife of a poor Ghanaian professional. People are supposed to come to justice with equity and not throw stones when they live in glass houses, least we say home.

  From the first day of the hearing to the bungled delivery of judgement, others can say things about all or some of the judges. But commonsense and native Ghanaian decency says we should let sleeping dogs lie and move on. If Tsatsu is either too ashamed or too arrogant to apologise, let us leave it to the Chief Judges and her judiciary and stop this disgusting defence of idiocy!
