We are yet to see the darker side of the man William Atuguba of the Bench.

From the lessons learned from the historic presidential election petition/trial; how Atuguba misconducted himself all throughout the trial and the final verdict are events for our sober reflections to guide us in the future.

Elections in Ghana will never be same again; unless we are fools to allow corrupt and dishonourable people in positions of trust to tread on our testicles for the second time.

The individual judgment(s) of the nine member panel, presided over William Atuguba, will be brought under microscopic scrutiny and will serve as case studies for many years to come.

It is without I say William Atuguba's credibility before Ghanaians and beyond is critically questionable.

It is so worrying, the rate at which supporters and sympathizers of the NPP are lamenting and complaining about their electoral loss. Ghanaians are becoming fed up with the NPP because by their actions, they are not giving enough room for developmental issues to be discussed. Ghana needs development and it will not be fair to use all the time to discuss one person's electoral misfortune. The fact is that the NPP genuinely lost the 2012 polls and had wanted to use that dubious petition to come to power through the back. The Justices of the SC are wiser than the NPP and therefore saw the chaotic situation which could be created in the country if they are to buy into the "Kwaku Ananse" petition of the NPP. The Justices, therefore wisely rule against that petition. What next, bitter losers? It is high time you started preparing for the 2016 polls since the 2012 polls have already being thrown into the garbage of history. Enough of the complains!!

I thought the NPP was contesting the results of over 11,00 polling stations and the tendered 11,000 pink sheets. that is not 'mountain of' or 'overwhelming' evidence. That is one 'evidence' for one polling station. Indeed in law the only evidence supplied by th NPP in proof of their case was one documentary evidence(pink sheet) and one viva voce{oral) evidence produced by Dr. Bawumi! Let the NPP supporters get it real and stop wasting our ears with this cavcophony of false hood intended to excite anger against the eminent justices. We may disagree with their conclusions but at least let us applaud the way this case was handled by them. Let us criticise their judgment, if we must , and stop attacking their persons.This was a case full of emotions the first of its kind you know.

Indeed anytime he was asked any question in relation to the case his answer was @on the face of the pink sheet@There was therfore no independent oral evidence in support of the case of the NPP.
