The current New Patriotic Party (NPP) Chairman in the Ashanti region needs to watch himself from his feeble minded utterances. The man who was just elected into office and has no political knowledge should not be taken seriously. If the chairman thinks his man AkufoAddo should go unopposed for the upcoming NPP flagbearer elections he should keep to himself.
However, wontumi should remember that he cannot speak for anybody in the Ashanti region even his children, wife and his Mama they have their own mind to decide who they want. This 37 year old boy has no political knowledge. Chairman Wontumi‘s assertions lack common sense. We all wanted to know who gives him the absolute hegemony to single out Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanteng through the media that; he will stop Alan not to run for the upcoming NPP Flagbearer race. This aforementioned NPP chairman believes politics is learned from the street but not in class room. Since Chairman Wontumi came to office about two month ago he has engaged a serious campaign for his Akufo Addo; I guess this 37 year old boy is aware and also realized that politics is not about an individual’s ability to pick and chooses who one personally likes or who one dislikes or can work with after one has won an election. It is about numbers in the end that will count. You have just been elected into office but instead of you unifiying the entire NPP members in Ashanti region you are the one creating division among the party.
However; if this NPP chairman thinks he will use the Ashanti region NPP party to advance his stupid aggrandizing political interest then he is in a wrong business. The majority people of the Ashanti region have no problem for you to join AkufoAddo’s inner kitchen cabinets members whom have already insulted chairman Wontumi and treated him like an out caste. Your political hero Akufo Addo has been presented to Ghanaian electrode for three conservativetimes, three times already the entire nation voted on him but they always rejected him. In addition, all three times they voted on him, the NPP general election numbers have declined since 2008 when he led the party. As a result of his leadership keeping the party in opposition for the last eight years the party needs to change its flag bearer for 2016 general elections.
Meanwhile; with the current economic situation in Ghana’s economy, Alan Kwadwo Kyeremateng is the only NPP candidate who will be able to rescued Ghana from this economic dilemma. Due to his political maturity with numerous economy experiences to move the nation forward. Alan is man of wisdom and a man with impeccable character to lead the nation from economic disasters that the nation find themselves in.
Henceforth, I urge you to watch your utterances attributed to Alan KwadwoKyeremanteng candidacy for the NPP flag bearer races. If not, I promise you that I will go after you, anytime you open your childish mouth.
