Has God Heard the Cries of Nana Akufo Addo and……?

Mon, 2 Jun 2014 Source: Adofo, Rockson

Some supporters of Nana Akufo Addo may query as thus, has God heard the cries of Nana Akufo Addo? Yes, God has, I may say. However, God works in His own appointed time. Man’s ideas and wishes are not that of God’s, hence it is said, “Man proposes, but God disposes”. Does the above quoted proverb make sense to both the friends and enemies of Nana Akufo Addo?

How would we know the greatness of God, and obey Him, if He did things immediately, and according as wished by man, at the crack of human’s fingers? Our ways are not His ways and His ways are not ours, we have to bear this in mind.

God has heard the cries and the supplications by honest Ghanaians on behalf of Nana Akufo Addo. He has answered the people favourably. It only takes a bit of time for people to realise the manifestation of His answer. Until then, the enemies or opponents with some of his friends and supporters inclusive may hold on to the doubting belief that God has rejected Nana Akufo Addo.

How long, and through how much pain did biblical Job suffer or went through before humans realised the abundance of God’s grace and blessings upon him? Some people may have rejected Nana Akufo Addo but God hasn’t, let me reassure his supporters. It only takes time but the pain Nana Addo and his supporters are going through will not remain forever. It will finally pale away same as the morning dew dissipates with the rising Sun.

The enemies can keep on teasing him as did some friends of Job to Job. God will in the end raise Nana Addo to fulfil the very final purpose for which He created him and put him in no any other place than in Ghana.

The ongoing painful circumstances of Nana Addo are not any different from what is occurring in Kumawu regarding their chieftaincy disputation. Acts of illegalities, and unstoppable desire by those who think they are the power that be, are similarly taking place same as have happened to Nana Akufo Addo. But in the end, God’s hand will prevail in favour of the apparent victims of molestation and abuse.

Would Jesus have suffered if it was not within the design and purpose of God? All that I have for Nana Addo is to admonish him to keep faith, continually be in contact with his Creator God, and victory will be his in the end. To his supporters, I say, do not be discouraged but keep up the faith in him and in God.

Father God, please speed up to put the enemies of Nana Akufo Addo to shame same as you will do in the Kumawu chieftaincy dispute.
