Do you really think that those Shoeshine boys celebrating their annual carnival will go on hunger strike when their FUFU WITH EBOLA contaminated soup run cold?
You must be joking Paaa. It was an opportunity for them to finish all the AKPETESHIE in town. But well done to the NPP for creating market to the Apio sellers.

People in affluent countries who have enough food are the ones who go on hunger strike. How can you suggest to a hungry man to go on strike? Partisan politics is killing Ghana.

You have wasted so much time writing this, trying to sound wiser than the thousands of Ghanaian workers who marched the streets of Ghana on the 24th of July. You think you are wiser than the workers whose aim was to demand that government steer the affairs of the country well in order to alleviate the hardships Ghanaians are going through. Sorry, but you are not that smart.
Workers and Ghanaians in general are asking for the mismanagement of the country’s economy to stop. They want the government to stop the profligate, wrongly-targeted spending and wean itself of the unbridled corruption among officials. Workers want the government to put its acts together and give them their due. After all it is money that belongs to all of us that this government has been mandated to keep and utilize for the good of the whole country. It is not a gift from the NDC government, so workers and Ghanaians, for that matter, have all the right under the sun to demand good stewardship.
Workers were not asking for any miracles from the Mahama government, but to cease the payment of wrongful judgment debts and also stop stealing from state coffers under the guise of undertaking projects; projects most of which which are not even well planned for. And also stop the painful dismantling of the institutions that were bequeathed to Ghanaians by the erstwhile Kuffuor administration, like the NHIS. I understand the NDC has almost succeeded in breaking it up.
For me, it defies reasonable explanation that someone who lives in America of all places does not seem to understand workers rights and the right to demonstrate. You don’t get it.

So this SOB thinks all is well in Ghana? You must be a descendant of the proverbial ostrich.
Take your fucking NDC blinders off, buddy because Ghana has been ran into the ground by NDC and if you don't put partisan politics aside and join all Ghanaians to help put these clueless government and their hangers-on in check, there will be no Ghana for anyone of us to call it 'home' by 2016.
What you wrote is so stupid it makes me wonder if a Grade 2 student wrote it for you.
No wonder you belong to the party of NDC. The only people they can manage to hold on to are very gullible people like you who see a red colour and believe it's green.
You should be ashamed of yourself to be able to come on this forum and put yourself on display as a total moron.

Kojo,

Well, take it from me that I'm not singling out the NDC. It just happens that, that's the party in power and not knowing what they are doing in terms of governance. All political parties in Ghana are not important to me. GHANA is the most important in all of these. No single political party has the right to mess up the country like it's been messed up now.
You are right about one thing, though. Every country has challenges but those challenges are attacked with vigour by all political parties regardless of which party is in power. The advanced countries try to resolve their issues in a non-partisan way and of course they all accept that there is a problem, to begin with. Also, they seem to know what they are doing. In Ghana, the ruling party and their foot soldiers and political goons like you don't seem to accept that our country is in economic dire straits.
When anyone raises a voice to bring their attention to the issues, that person is termed anti-NDC even though that person might be apolitical.
Finally, when the masses get fed up and go on a peaceful political demonstration, this fool Appiah-Mensah makes a mockery of the masses saying that they should have gone on a hunger strike instead and you think he is right. Are people of your kind and his kind for real?
Well... if you are going to follow my writings on stuff concerning Ghana in this forum like a puppy following it's master, you are welcome to do so. After all, we are all Ghanaians and have the rights to express our opinions and maybe.... just maybe.... I might be able to convince you to shed your and NDC clothing and be just a Ghanaian.....a concerned Ghanaian for that matter, just like me.
Well.... till next time....take care, Kojo.
GOD BLESS GHANA!!!!
