Sacking of Blacks Coach ....a case to financial loss to Ghana.

I am really worried not for the sacking of the black stars coach, Kwesi Appiah but the decision and the timing. According to the president of GFA Kwesi Nyantekyi the executive committee of GFA has confidence in the coach to continue with his work. If that is the case what accounted for his sacking. The following questions beg for answers: When his contract expired prior to the World cup why did they renew it? Did they assess his performance before renewing his contract? If they did, did they contemplate on sacking him? Why have they changed their mind barely two months after renewing his contract ? Were they suffering from indecision and therefore could not fire him then? Or they wanted to sack him but decided to renew his contract because someone wanted some kickback so advocated and pushed for the renewal of the contract in order to benefit from the severance package for the coach should he be sacked?

My issue with the Executive Committee is why did they renew the coach's contract knowing very well that they will sack him barely two months after renewing his contract. Or were they not awre that sacking him will definitely cause the tax payers huge sums of money...or is the coach not paid by Ghana but by FIFA I stand to be corrected?

Finally, is it the coach whose performance at the world cup attraced a lot of bashing from Ghanaians that needs to be sacked or the executive committee who could not manage the balckstars effectively and efficiently and contributed largel to the last world cup fisasco, and who could have saved so much money and not cause financial loss to Ghana in this hard times by taking the right decision at the appropriate time? The tax payers and Ghanaians in general for that atter need to know.
