  Ghanaians think it's government responsibility to get them employed. But such days are over in today's world. Government responsibility nowadays is to provide an enabling environment for its people.

  Ghanaians think it's government responsibility to get them employed. But such days are over in today's world. Government responsibility nowadays is to provide an enabling environment for its people.
  What's is left is for citizens to create their own jobs.
  After graduation from sch, u don't have to wait for government to provide u jobs but rather go to the field to create job by using the knowledge gain at sch.
  Graduates should begin to think the courses they do at schools. If u go read sth that has no market value will make u jobless.
  Graduates need to go learn sth they can use to shape their own future, by establishing ententerprises, business, vocations and what have u.
