Stealing From SADA, Gyeeda, Judgement Debts Could Bail Us!

Thu, 23 Apr 2015 Source: Bekoe, Frank Asiedu

They promise them freedom, but they themselves are salves of corruption. For whatever overcomes a person,to that he is enslaved.-2Peter 2:19.The John Dramani Mahama Led NDC government promised the people of Ghana good governance, wage war on corruption and above all put the interests of the its citizens first before any other considerations. After the assumption of political power, this man and his set of 'weak minds'have subjected the Ghanaian people to wanton abuse of power by engaging in State-sponsored scams that is greater than the entire bailout Ghana is receiving from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

Corruption has become another Arm of Government in the Mahama administration.Mahama's love for corruption is superb and amazing.

The cost of scams involving SADA (GH¢200 million), GYEEDA (GH¢952 million) and the payment of questionable judgement debts (GH¢657 million) amount to a whopping GH¢1.8 billion.

At the exchange rate that was prevailing at the time when the scams took place, we are talking about $1.1 billion. The entire IMF bailout is $912 million,

These scams, are only a fraction of the numerous scams that Mahama and his apologists have engaged themselves in and I know most Ghanaians are aware of these.Just these three give a loss to our nation which is more than the entire (IMF) bailout.

The problem of corruption in the Mahama government is worse than the xenophobic attacks against black Africans in Mandela's South Africa with all apologies to the victims, the bereaved families and the entire black Africans who watch from far and near helplessly as our fellow men and women are killed in cold blood.we run a real risk of cynicism overcoming our politics and, thus, a catastrophic loss of confidence in our democracy. Ghana cannot afford this, our Nation's founding fathers did not struggle for Ghana to end up in such a precarious state of affairs, and I believe that we can, in this generation, deliver the socio-economic and politico transformation that has eluded us so far, if we ask Mahama to leave the presidency in peace before the inevitable happens.

The GHANAIAN Taxpayer want the numerous challenges that faces us as Ghanaians fixed with actions not by this regular rituals of putting into the atmosphere a cacophony of confused messages. As we watch on helplessly as our economy crumbles under a democratically elected young man.

The Taxpayers' Alliance Ghana will support any government that will put the interests of the Ghanaian taxpayer at heart and not this love for money in government whilst the poor and vulnerable continue to suffer, starve and die to say the least.

In conclusion,I will leave reader with this quote from the Bible "For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the spirit will from the spirit reap eternal life"-Galatians 6:8

Ghana must rise up against the oppressors' rule.

May the Holy Spirit of Jehovah God be with us all.Amen
